מלון נהדר בכל היבט אפשרי. ארוחת בוקר מאוד עשירה ומגוונת, חדר אוכל גדול עם נוף מדהים אל הים. החדר היה מאובזר בכל מיני פריטים מפנקים, המיטה היתה נוחה, האווירה היתה נהדרת, ובנוסף היו שאטלים בחינם למרכז העיר ובחזרה בשעות מסוימות. היתה מישהי שתפקידה היה לעזור למתארחים בכל מה שקשור למידע בנושא הגעה לכל מקום ומכירת כרטיסים לאוטובוס וכדומה. אגב, יש גם אוטובוס בקרבת המלון לפיראוס, ואפשר לקחת אותו ולהגיע בתוך 20 דקות לנמל להפלגה. אם הטיסה שלכם יוצאת בשעה מאוחרת ניתן להשאיר את המזוודות במלון ולהמשיך ליהנות מכל השירותים שיש להם שם, כולל מסעדה, בר, חוף ים וכו'. מה שהכי חשוב: הצוות מאוד מאוד אדיב ונחמד, וניכר הרבה רצון טוב מצדם.

The staff were amazing! We enjoyed the property, private beach access with chairs and umbrellas , free shuttle to Athens central to see the sites and to Zen Beach Club, excellent breakfast served with an outstanding view and loved the location-close to beaches, beach clubs, the sites and port. We also enjoyed dinner and the bar on the first floor, as well as the pool and deck at the top of the building. We will return next year!!

Beach definitely not as nice as it looks in photos.
Went to go to breakfast on day 2 and there was a conference going on in the room, moved it to ground floor which was weird.

Eau chaude manquante le dernier soir. Demandé explication restée sans réponse. Petit déjeuner peu varié. Dernier étage ( terrasse) en travaux et ce n'était pas annoncé.

Rewelacyjny widok z pomieszczenia w którym są śniadania. Menu na śniadanie wystarczające, fajnie że można spróbować coś regionalnego. Poczęstunek powitalny sympatyczny. Plaża na przeciwko hotelu.

I cannot recommend the hotel high enough!!! The staff were friendly, helpful & professional. Front desk went above & beyond for us!! The cleaning staff polite, friendly & accommodating.
The manager Mr Vaggelis a professional in every way, restored faith in customer service. The exceptional crew is reflective of his very capable guidance. We thank you & hope to stay with you again.

The hotel was modern and very clean. The restaurant and staff were very good
The location was on a very busy main road. The breakfast was a bit disappointing
The beach club that you have free entry and courtesy bus is a let down. Whilst it is advertised in the hotel as having free beach sun loungers there are actually a few chairs and sun loungers at the edge of the car park, not near the beach as the complimentary beds. Disappointing!

The staff was very polite and friendly, the cleaning was well (everyday they gave us free water and bath tools refreshments), the food was nice and tasty, the location is near the beach with free towels and water, also the view for breakfast is amazing.
They don’t have laundry services so we had to wash clothes by hands. The sunbeds at Zen beach was way too expensive. And we were given a paid bottle of water at the dinner without even asking (we were surprised when we saw the receipt).

The staff was really helpful and sweet since I was traveling with my 5 year old son. The waiters at the hotel restaurant were beyond great my coffee was late once they didn't charge me my son always wanted a bucket of ice and they obliged him every time. They never seemed annoyed. The cleaning ladies were sweet the guy who came to show me how to work TV remote even he was nice despite the hour. I can't say enough. I just wish they would have walked me around to show me the upstairs part which I didn't see till our last day.
Again I just wished the staff would have walked you around to the upstairs outside area of hotel the plunge pool and bar area that's all.

The location was good and some staff’s members were friendly and kind.
Seeing cockroaches in our rooms did not make our stay very pleasant and the hotel not doing anything about it as well is wrong.
