Absolutely everything! Ikos Dassia is simply perfection. We had the most incredible stay here and can truly say that this is the best hotel we’ve been to. We just can’t fault it... From the beginning to the end, the whole experience was incredible. Polite and helpful driver, a super warm welcome and impeccable (and I mean it) service from all the staff working at the resort... Food and drinks: top quality, delicious meals in each and every restaurant-all of them with their own characteristics and twists. The bartenders are masters of their craft delivering flawless cocktails endlessly. Special mention to some amazing people we came across: Anastasia, our personal concierge, that was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to provide a class A stay ❤️❤️; Xanthi who kept us very well hydrated at the beach; Argyro from Fresco that was so lovely that made us want to go there again and again just to say hello; Maria and Athina from the lobby bar who served us so well in the evening, always with a big smile (and nice chats); Christos who welcomed us in such a way that immediately made us fell at home. Thank you so much everyone (including the other staff not mentioned here) for the amazing work that you do. You are exceptional in making people happy! See you next year

too many families with young children, they try to separate families and couples but it sometimes doesn’t work out

We loved everything about this hotel, we have never had so nice staff everywhere on the hotel from all waitresses to gardeners to reception,absolutely first class.

We must say we loved the food at every restaurant but must say the buffet part of the hotel where we ate breakfast the food was cold ,we did say to the restaurant manager but nothing happened this needs to be looked at seriously as this is an issue .the choice was excellent just cold food which should be hot .

The staff were all wonderful. Rooms very elegant with excellent housekeeping service. Fab range of restaurants and facilities. Truly impressive.

Rooms are average, very functional and nice but not luxurious They don’t promote the activities and entertainment enough. My dad kept turning up to the table tennis/ football etc and was the only one there 🤣. The hotel we went to in Turkey- Hillside beach was much more intimate, amazing activities and evening events like bonfires etc. This didn’t have that Food by the pool was rubbish which was weird as everywhere else was amazing

Lunch and dinner were not as good as breakfast . Even though there are 6 restaurants, the menu is supposed to be different in each one but was really similar menu with different names , lunch in the beach restaurant ouzo was the same menu everyday. Bar eque but good out into dishes when cooked and left to help yourself es but it was always lukewarm to cold . With a little tweaking food could be improved but it is still good value for money

Facilities, food, beverages & most staff were amazing, we would definitely recommend as a must go to place. The staff couldn’t do enough for you & actually did little things to make you feel even more special. As an all inclusive deal we felt over indulged, superb

Friends had been to IKOS recently and we are always struggling to find somewhere we REALLY want to go back to... until now. I had booked through Booking.com so I knew we could bail if travel issues became awkward, turns out they don't offer complimentary transfer if you do this, and the transfer I had requested from the hotel never showed. Not a great start BUT this was the only problem we had. On arrival we were met by our guest relations rep... Jenny, who ended up being the best thing about IKOS. She created a WhatsApp chat with us and from then on, any questions, issues, bookings, we just WhatsApp'd her and she dealt with it, always promptly and graciously. Although I had booked two superior rooms, we ended up in a two bedroom family apartment, which was amazing. Quiet, spacious, beautifully styled, and surrounded by gardens. I had pre-booked the restaurants, which were all great, some better than others, but this is only through food preferences, not service or atmosphere. The beach is clean and gradually shelving, if a little stony, just remember, the sun lounger situation is universal... books, hats, inflatables start appearing at 8.30 and by 9.00 front row is gone. By 11.00 people were being turned away completely. Beach staff are always asking if you need anything and happy to help. We didn't use the pools much as they are very child-centric and ours are now older teens, so we have done that and got the t-shirt. We did use the adult pools though which were peaceful and perfect from a proper swim. The common areas of the two buildings Sea & Sky are lovely places to be, Sea being larger and Sky being better designed. Watersports are available and easily accessible. We hired a motor boat from the hut by the jetty, which was a perfect day out, we came back for lunch, then went out again, but the hotel can organise a picnic instead. They also offer a Mini to use for a day, you just pay fuel cost.
