Location was good, excellent facilities

Breakfast was expensive and not great. We had better free breakfast at the boiled au inn express at Lincoln. All of the breakfast apart from the egg was over cooked. We asked for another pot of tea and all we got was more water put back in to the tea pot with the same tea bags!! Therefore the tea was undrinkable

Beautiful room, lovely staff, great location as slightly out of the main town albeit a short walk away. Will definitely be back

the staff weren’t very helpful at all, Infact t they just didn’t seem bothered. we were told the wrong timings for breakfast, so never got anything! the staff also sat outside our window till early hours whilst we tried to settle our toddler. it was just a nightmare stay!!!!

in a historic building, very pretty on the outside. Tucked away in a peaceful and beautiful setting! Nice garden surrounding hotel.

Bed mattress worn out. Floors creaky and disturbing sleep every time any customers or staff walked.

Easy to find, lots of parking. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Food is outstanding. Staff friendly and respectful.

Great location, in a quiet residential street, with a large car park. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room, good food and drink options. Really good value.

Room was above the toilets in a restaurant, so the hand dryer was fairly noisy. That's my only issue, and wasn't bad enough to bring up at the time.

Excellent location and value for money. Great food in the evening (curry night!) and the buffet we arranged the previous day for an event. Staff were very helpful.

Disappointing that breakfast was continental only.
