the property is in close proximity to everything that you need during a work travel. we also loved the coffee that is available 24/7

great location, good size of rooms for Hong Kong standard, very good value for money

quite a bit worn out, thus maybe looks a bit less “clean” but overall everything worked, was cleaned every day

Staff was helpful to get me early check in as I arrived at hotel before check in time. All requests to house keeping and technicians were good.

A bit far to MTR and difficult to walk with suitcases especially there is only one exit has elevator and auto staircase. No staff to help to call taxi you just need to hire it on street side or call by app.

The location is excellent, very near the Wai Chai MTR station. The room size is decent in Hong Kong's context. Breakfast is simple with break, jam and the coffee is freshly brewed from beans. For the price of the room, I can't complain.

The bathroom is walled by glass panels which can be blocked by blinds. The blinds however have small gaps. It is fine for couples but less so for family. Hotel may like to provide pegs to clip the blinds.

they say breakfast included, it’s just a roll with butter. that’s not a breakfast. staff were really unfriendly, doing their job, and looking as if they are doing you a favor.

We were very disappointed with the breakfast. It was not indicated that is was a minimal Continental breakfast of only croissants, rolls and bread. A small amount of juice, tea and coffee. We specifically choose this hotel because breakfast was included :((((

The breakfast room is also quite small and during the breakfast (!) rush quite uncomfortable. Also, the hairdryer needs to be pressed the whole time to work! Very uncomfortable.

A bit smell inside the room

Room is spacious. Housekeeping very cheerful and helpful daily. Location is just right though not near metro. A shopping center and food mart within two minutes distance. Several restaurants nearby. Big TV. Fluffy towels.

Strong medicinal odor out on the corridor. Can hear neighnors watch television or talk while waiting for elevator otherwise within room it was alright. Decor maybe a little off from photo expectations.
