Location is great for the port and overlooks the sea - take ear plugs
No towels in the room - little sleep due to ferries/boats honking when they enter the port all through the night!

Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms. My room had a whole water cooler which was nice for unlimited filter water, the restaurant on site does good food and the massage I had at the spa was great. I did my advanced PADI diving cert with them and loved it.
The wifi wasn’t great but it wasn’t an issue for me

We stayed here for one night before catching out boat to Gili T. It was perfect - twin bed room for me and my friend, we got a great night sleep in the aircon. The bathroom is very basic, but that's fine! The breakfast was good - they'd make you an omelette and it had a buffet style. Took less than 7 minutes to walk to the pier with all our luggage.

Hotel proche de l embarcadère et des plages
Nous étions dans la chambre 1, très proche du bar et du local staff... Très bruyant, insonorisation inexistante..
Boissons pas fraîches et servis avec glaçons douteux... Nous avons passé la nuit sur les toilettes...
Buffet du petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité aucune notion de la chaîne du froid,aucun meuble réfrigéré par 40°... Beurre rempli de fourmis et yaourt tourné des 8h30.
Bref super souvenirs.

No Wifi in the room as advertised - had to go to the front of the property to get wifi which was basically out in the noise of the traffic.

Rm 15. Nice room, shame about the smell from the toilet. Good sea view from the balcony and great pool.
Smell from bathroom was so bad I had to keep the fan on and close the door to be able to stay there.

Very helpful staff, went out of their way to accommodate everything we needed.

Die direkte Lage gleich nahe am Strand. Die Kompetenz im Hotel für Taucher und Schnorchelausflüge. Die dazugehörige Massage und Spa Location war sehr einladend und nur zu empfehlen! Auch das Restaurant in welchem Frühstück/Mittag und Abendessen angeboten wird, ist gleich neben den Zimmern eingebunden.
Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstücksbuffet wird nicht zügig wieder aufgefüllt. Man sollte deswegen zeitig Frühstücken gehen.

Good location for when taking the fast boat, next day, to Gili Islands or Lombok. It's basic, but all you need for a night.
Wouldn't want to stay longer than 1 or 2 nights. The hotel and town is not much going on. Staff is basic in understanding English.

good location right near the main beach with many activities available, delicious food and drinks available down stairs and all along the street. Helpful staff. Laundry on site available.
Though the location was great, being that the rooms are right above the restaurant/ bar, it tended to be quite loud into the night and made it hard to sleep, however nothing too crazy, just a couple of groups or people. Felt a little close to everything so wasn’t able to properly relax though if you’re ok with being amongst it all it’s good.

The Hotel location is so close to the Pier. The hotel room is very good with all needed. Breakfast is good too. I will come back again if I stay in Padang bai.
