Had everything on hand with well appointed facilities in spacious surroundings

Nothing was a problem. A bit surprised by the lack of quality coffee with breakfast.

Excellent welcome. The room was a family room but there were just the two of us. It was very well furnished. The breakfast was excellent. Continental plus English breakfast plenty of fresh fruit. All that you needed very good indeed..

It is a nicely decorated hotel with some classic flair. It was convenient to have a restaurant with a large terrace available.

Administration was a bit overwhelmed. So it took us long to check-out because of various mistakes in the processing of the bill.

The hotel is as impressive as the photos portray. In the hayday of the railway this must have been specalucular. The hotel retains its original features with an impressive lobby bar and grand staircase. Rooms are well maintained, with nice fixtures and fittings. The place was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was very good. Prices at the bar were very reasonable.

The location is close to the industrial part of town, it's not a problem. Lots of parking and unobtrusive.

Nice, old-style room, in a quiet location with free parking right out the front. The breakfast was also nice with a decent selection of things.

A characterful historic hotel opposite the old railway station. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with interesting walks from the doorstep. Nice terrace area where we enjoyed drinks and pizza! Coffee machine, bottles of water and sweets in room.

A bit noisy with a glass recycling point nearby. Shower room tight for space. Breakfast entirely self-service with no staff greeting guests. In-room safe broken.

Lovely hotel, calm, easy access to two large ski areas without hordes of tourists. Very friendly, accomodating staff, especially in restaurant.

Housekeeping service forgot to clean our room twice, second time had to request service, which was finished after 17h. Few restaurants nearby.

Hotel apartment size was good, kitchen fully equipped and indeed common areas, including mini gym, play room, restaurant, terrace and common areas were very nice. Hotel is located right besides old train station, no more 500m from city center. Personnel was nice and helpful. Pierrefitte-Nestalas is a good base location to visit Pyrinees emblematic areas, like Gavarnie, Barèges and so, with Argelès-Gazost only 3km away for all services.

There's no cleaning for hotel apartment, doesn't matter 1 day or 15 days stay, and cleaning tools were minimal. You can always ask for towels and blankets in reception desk, but no enough for a full family stay more than a 2-3 days stay. Reception desk was unnatended frequently, although personel was friendly and helpful when available.

Beautiful old style grand hôtel, big family room, pleasant restaurant

Quiet location - at least during the weekend -, a fantastic view of the hilly landscape from the room. Spacy double room furnished in a sophisticated way, with quality wooden pieces and textiles. Breakfast was especially rich. I really loved the ancient, renovated, wooden, and carpet-covered staircase of the building.

For the next bigger renovation, sound-proofing of the room ceiling might be taken into account. It was not too disturbing to hear the steps of the upper-neighbor, it is only a suggestion.

Large room, an easy location to explore Cauterets/Pont d'Espagne. And gavernie, Tourmalet and pic du midi. Good breakfast buffet. The charm of ancient times, the hotel has a soul. Property's pictures unfortunately don't reflect this atmosphere

Closet smelled a little bit but after a long lockdown it must be difficult to keep things totally perfect. Wood floor a bit noisy, wondering how it plays when the hotel is full

They accept well behaved dogs! The staff are fantastic They couldn't be more helpful. Mini fridge, tea and coffee in the room . Also room service from the restaurant during coivid restrictions. Big rooms and quiet location.

The rooms are tired and although they are big, they could really do with updating.

The kindness of the staff. The setting and style of the hotel was pretty nice (corresponding to the era of "grand hôtel"). The ordered meals were delicious as well as very generous.

Juste a little detail, the power of the hot water flow was quite low. In addition, the sound insulation is not very strong but that did not bother us.

It's beyond my expectation. They have salle de jeux with billard and baby foot. We stayed in an apartment with my family. The kitchen is well equiped with basic equipments. Overall we love our stay and we don't hesitate to come back again. Thank you !

Nothing we don't like, but maybe a soap for dishes in the kichen would be practical.
