Personal muss gelobt werden: nicht nur freundlich und hilfsbereit, sondern humorvoll, mit natürlichem Lächeln und Aufmunterung für jeden Gast dabei, liest jeden Wunsch von Lippen ab, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit, für jede Frage gibt es genaue Antwort, ob Infos zu Ortschaft, oder Auskunft uber Wein. Aufmerksamkeit echt, nicht aufgesetzt! Top! Haus und Zimmer extrem sauber, Zimmer wie versprochen ruhig, mit 2 Fenstern mit Ausblick auf Berge und Innenhof, Garten gepflegt, jede Ecke mit Pflanzenkübeln oder anderen "Feinheiten" verschönert, Aschenbecher und Mistkübel vorhanden, Liegen, Sitz-/Entspannungsecken sowohl im Haus, als auch im Garten, an jeder Ecke liebevoll eingerichtet und zur Genüge, laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus verbündet Geschichte und Moderne: viel Ziegel, Mauer und Glas. Es gibt genug zum Bestaunen: Bilderausstellung in der Glasgallerie und diverse historische Objekte über Haus verteilt, Lesematerial in ganzem Haus. Schloss Spirit ist überall zu fühlen, aber gleichzeitig auch das moderne Jetzt. Frühstück bietet alles für jeden, feine, portionierte Gläschen mit Müsli, Obst, Joghurt, frisches Gebäck, Brot, umfangreiche Käsesorten, hausgemachte Kuchenhäppchen, Eierspeise wird frisch vor Ort nach eigenen Wünschen zubereitet. Zum Abendessen ist Tischreservierung nötig, laut Karte oder 3, 4, 5 Gängemenü, serviert wird mit Liebe und fein, Portionen eher klein, aber Geschmack himmlisch. Preise für Abendessen nicht viel höher als sonst in der Umgebung. Finde super toll, dass Eingang zu Therme während des Aufenthalts, so oft wie man will, betreten darf, Schirme beim Regen oder Sonne vorhanden, e-Ladestation.

Es fehlt ein Spiegel für Betrachtung des Ganzen. Schrank hat einen, aber geteilt durch Holzzierleisten und genau in dem Bereich der Problemzonen. Erst beim Fahrstuhl kann man sich im Ganzen sehen, der ist mit Spiegel außen und innen ausgestattet. Es fehlen Jäckel überall im Zimmer für feuchte Bademäntel und Handtücher, nur in der Duschkabine 2 Stück, wo alles nochmals mit Wasser abgespritzt wird. Man hätte so viel Platz und genügend Wände, um diese Kleinigkeiten anzubringen. Auch Kosmetikspiegel fehlt mir.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Ночёвка в настоящем замке? Фантастика! Потрясающий номер, продумано всё: дизайн, удобство, комфорт. Теперь невыносимо хочу такой же матрас домой! Вообще везде, и на ресепшен, и в номере, и на всей территории очень инстаграмная обстановка:) Отличный разнообразный завтрак: сыры, колбасы, выпечка, яичница с множеством "начинок", 6 видов молока (коровье, соевое, миндальное, рисовое и т.д), много видов сухих завтраков, йогурты, шампанское и т.д. Чудесный персонал, предусмотрительный, очень доброжелательный. На каждом шагу какие-то приятные мелочи и сюрпризы, вроде подарка в виде ароматной соли при выселении. Понравилось всё так сильно, что уже забронировали уикенд через 2 месяца 😌 Вернёмся однозначно.

The hotel was awesome! We loved the rooms as they were the biggest and most spacious rooms we had on our trip to Italy. The beds were also the most comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast was excellent, both in the freshness of the food as well as the amount of offerings available. We only stayed at the hotel one night as we were simply passing through the area, but it's a hotel we talked about throughout the rest of our vacation. All other hotels were compared to it for the remainder of our trip. We wished we had spent more nights there.

The young lady that checked us in could've been more engaging and helpful. We had asked some questions about dinner options and she didn't really give us much help. However, I will give her the benefit of the doubt in that I don't think her English was very strong and may not have been comfortable with the questions I was asking.

It’s not that this was a bad place to stay it just wasn’t amazing and I believe that for the price, it should have been. Room was tastefully decorated but quite small, interior was generally a little sterile for my taste, restaurant was overpriced and staff was quite cold. I just think there are options in this price range that feel truly luxurious and this hotel fell short
