This hotel is at the foot of 1 of the most beautiful and tallest mountains in the Dolomite range. You can sit outside and just look at the beautiful mountains!

Location, the friendly staff, clean rooms
I paid for meals included. The lunch was the same sandwich with hard bread every day. The breakfast and dinner were not pleasant at all. Couldn’t even enjoy a coffee. They do not have air conditioning which it wasn’t bad for me until sleeping time. It was hot, I opened the window but it was on the first floor and there were people with chairs talking right outside the window. Couldn’t sleep well during my stay.

Location and meals provided
Information was tricky to obtain from reception, bar/entertainment area became extremely noisy with music. Uncomfortable mattress

The staff, the location
The hotel refused to issue an invoice although it was requested when the reservation was made and several times afterward. This is a serious violation of EU regulations and will definitely lead to the respective consequences.

Friendly staff
I was in this hotel 3rd time and some of the family members were the 6th time. All of us agreed that the hotel is falling down in its quality.
It used to have variety of food at breakfast and dinner (including free wine), now the breakfast was repeating every day except the ham was alternating with salami. Many hotel guests had to use hidden microwave to heat up meals during the dinner.
Even renovated rooms need some better cleaning or renovation.
Provided bunk bed had construction metal parts standing out in the place that you could easily make a hole in you head.
Windows lack of good isolation - you could feel waves of cold while sleeping.
Rooms have very poor sound isolation.
I have no issues to fall asleep in just few minutes
but our naighbours could easily prevent me from falling asleep just by a cultural and calm discussion.
At the bar there was an artist entertaining with songs - nice but way too loud to normally talk with your friends by the table.
Water in the pool was cold - ok if you swim non-stop.
Jacuzzi and sauna are off.
The main elevator broke down on Friday and hotel did not fix it until Saturday (the most busy in and out day).
The main sidewalk to the hotel from Marmolada lift was so icy that many people slipped there...

Went skiing with my family for one week. Excellent location, very good dinner with local food. Fine wine, too. Parking in front of the hotel. Pool is clean, need to make a reservation upfront. Staff ok.
Sadly no sauna, false advertising, Breakfast could be better... Room small, no balcony.

27th December - 2nd January
Who we are - a couple in their 20's - 30's
Location - Perfect, 50 meters from Marmolada cable car, and connected to the Sella Ronda ski circuit
Room - Exceeded expectations, 1st floor, clean, good furniture
Food - We had a full board, and for a 3-star hotel it exceeded our expectations, with at least 2 options to choose from all courses. The staff also prepared an awesome new years dinner, with fireworks, prosecco, and live music for no extra costs
Staff - We had never met such friendly and fun staff before, we had an awesome stay and a perfect new years party because of them. From the cleaning ladies to the reception, from the bartenders to the dinner staff and from the receptionists and all the way to the director, they were all phenomenal and we had a great laugh every time we met. Being a fairly sociable couple and alone at the new year's party, we never felt this because of them and some other friendly tourists.
In fact, we felt so welcomed, and because the staff is rotating between winter and summer hotels inside the hotel chain we are seriously considering following them for our summer vacation too.
Hotels are more or less the same but people are unique, you just need to give them a chance.
Thank You!
Either some extra fresh snow on the slopes or better ski skills :)

The location is great, great food and nice and welcoming personnel
The hotel apparently needs a reconstruction, it's old fashion and a lot of things are falling a part, rooms are really small

- The only positive aspect of the hotel was the friendly staff at the front disk. Mr. Paint was very nice and cooperative
- The location of the hotel was next to the Marmolada Glacier Cable Car
- The room stink and was not clean. There were a few large carpet stains in the room
- The bathroom was small, water hose nozzle was leaking, and the shower drain was wide open without drain cover
- People were speaking loudly right next to the hotel entry which the noise cascade to the room. Very annoying
- The price is way overrated for the hotel, even with the holiday season
- The breakfast was very bad and only had eggsو Croissant, Lettice with tomatoes, and a coffee machine that smelled no good. Dinner was included in my package and i skipped it because the expectation was extremely low and did not want to sleep on an empty stomach
- The hotel was very old. A renovation is paramount to keep business in this place.
- The swimming pool was closed!!

Staff - Heinz at the reception was excellent. Patient, courteous and helpful.
Location is quite unfortunate - hotel is surrounded by 2 roads and parkings so the is constant movement and noise.
Standard of the hotel is really, really poor - it’s clear that it was built some time ago (easily 80’) and no improvements were done from that time.
It literally smells - of old wet carpets (especially in the lower ground area), rooms (I had seen/ used 5) are tired and basic. Old plastic panels, simple beds andd an odd bed side table.
Bathrooms are old as well, I was very uncomfortable to use old plastic shower cabin.
Swimming pool only available for 3hr a day and you are lucky to make it in the signing list (with the limits they have)
Restaurant food (we had half board) is very disappointing. Breakfast consists of dried out white rolls and crossings, slices of yellow cheese and cornflakes. Plus Jim’s, unbranded chock cream etc. Coffie/ tea from the dispenser are awful, same with juices. There is also a scrambled eggs served daily, we had stayed for 6 nights and not once were they warm (we were pronto on the doom at 7:40 for te opening).
Dinner food is no better- plain pasta and one with meat plus another meat dish - we have asked for a vegeretian option and we’re meet with shocked expression. There are salads but most of them random mix of everything in it, cheese, cucuslices and tomatoes. You are not allowed to have hot drink with the diner. All deserts are from frozwn )sometimes not even properly defrosted)

The location in the heart of dolomiti is wonderful, plus the hotel is at 2min left from the mountain lift ( telepheric) which brings you up to 3200 high mountain. The hotel atmosphere is Italian Familly style so you sink in the real Italian popular ambiance and it is really ok for a short stay. Hotel clean and personal very friendly and helpful. Food is ok for the price.

The team was nice and tried to help
The room were bad, small, not clean and the one we have seen in the web sight.
We arrived to the hotel late in the evening and didn't have other place to stay the night so we left in the next morning and requested to cancel our booking.

Dinner is bad. breakfast and dinner are open just 1,5 hours. Swimming pool and wellness area are often closed. However, I bought a room for a price and automatically they took a higher amount for the same room from my credit card. I am angry: it was a very bad experience.

The lication. It was clean, the bed and bed linen helped give us a good nights sleep.
The food. It was good food poorly presented and cold.
It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Well, hotel is on good place. There have been enough parking places. Supermarket was down under the hotel.
Chaos for the meals (we have breakfast and dinners). Each table was marked with main guest name and number of people. For some reason first two meals our table was prepared only for two (we ware four). It was fixed by the reception. Another meal, when we come to our table it was occupied by another family, waiter in the restaurant told us that we must wait (btw. it was near to closure time of restaurant). I don't understand why tables was "reserved" when it wasn't complied with, and we have each time ask somebody to prepare everything. Only plus is that main receptions apologies for this, but all it was chaos.
Other minus was limited access time for the swimming pool, only from 16:00 - 19:00. So, in the time when most of the people returning from their trips in the mountains, hence, it's not usable.
Also last disturbing and sad point was, that chambermaids ask us if are leaving right after breakfast, they just step in our room and asking us if we are ready. We left hotel before 10:00 anyway, but it was minimally strange :(

Everything was the best, they even change my room, beacuse i needed the terasa..
3.5 / 5.0
The room was large with a little bit of old furniture but we did not stay there too much time. The foot was good and tasty, you could choose from 3-4 menus or combinate them together (valid for breakfast and dinner too). The hotel is located in a valley surrounded by mountains, it was a very nice landscape view mornings and evenings.
My family had an issue with the restaurant table. It was not booked for us couple of days till the hotel's staff migrated my family to some underground restaurant. I had the issue also with smoke from the chimney in my apartment (attic room). Always when the hotel's staff make a fire in the lobby bar I felt in my room smoke.
