Polite staff , spacy gardens and parking lot, nice pool and quiet place

We had booked 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms (since we travelled with our kids aged 7 and 5 years old ) but instead they gave us 2 separate 1 bedroom apartments next to each other - off course we couldn't use the other one and leave a 7 and 5 year old alone at night at a separate appartment, so we had to stay all of us in one apartment and the kids slept in the couch in the living room-definitely not comfy and not what we paid for. Moreover the door in the shower cabinet was shaky and got misplaced easily.

Lovely pool. Surroundings are very well kept. Clean apartments. Nice, friendly, helpful staff.

We booked as a family. We got 2 separate apartment rooms. Double bed was very comfortable. Fold out bed wasn’t comfortable. Apartments could do with a toaster, iron and some more cutlery. As the property is about 2.5 km from the town, it’s good that the bus stop is outside the entrance but the buses are very irregular and the footpaths are very inconsistent into town. It’s a very busy road so dangerous enough when walking with kids.

We had brand new apartments, top quality. Great spaces and commodities.

You may need a car because it's not that close to the city center.

The staff could not be any more helpful

The location is extremely poor, although a €1.70 bus ride will take you to the centre in less than ten minutes. The rooms are poor quality as are the mattress and pillows on the beds. There was no iron or hairdryer in the room. Both were provided when requested.

Kitchen Terrace Pool

Upon arriving at the Studio I realized that it was different from what was described when booking. (no pool view room - smallest, poorly equipped, and dirty). When talking to the attendant, I had to wait at the reception for about 10 minutes and I saw 2 more guests in the same situation, it seemed to me that they advertise a view of the pool in all rooms, however the place has more than 40 accommodations and only about 13 have this feature . The employee said he wouldn't do anything and didn't give any assistance and was still rude. On the way out we had the water turned on for more than 1:30 waiting for hot water that unfortunately did not come and we had to take a cold morning on the day of check-out.
