It was a nice hotel. Kinda pricey but beautiful location...just down the road from Belvedere house. Good internet and nice breakfast.

food descriptions didn't match what was presented plug in bath didn't work. dirty finger prints on walls toilet had stains in it in bedroom when we arrived

Beautiful location and view, walks to the lake are nice. Nice bar (lovely staff, great view over the lake, food okay). Easy parking.

Reception very „efficient“, not personal. They host many large events like weddings, so the hotel seems like a well oiled event machine. Room was in the back, going to the parking lot and the main road - pretty noisy. Because it was hot in the room we had to keep the window open and didn‘t sleep very well. We didn‘t use the spa / leisure center.

Rooms are a bit dated. However, very clean No water or mini bar in room? Heating in room on a timer controlled by reception. My parents in their 80's found it quite cold on occasion. Had to request it to be put on twice.

Spa break for us ..but getting to gym,jacuzzi etc difficult to get there as I've issues with mobility..having to climb down 2 flight of stairs.

We liked the location and the grounds outside. Room was very spacious!

Hotel is very dated, including the rooms! Food was average. Description on menu did not match what was served. Staff were trying their best but lacked basic hospitality skills. Management team need to train the staff properly.

Had the Seafood Linguine for Dinner "Compliments to the Chef"! All staff very friendly & helpful!
