Prenotabili varie esperienze direttamente in hotel.

The views over to Miyajima were fantastic from the hotel lounge, bedrooms, restaurants and onsen. This was very peaceful. The free shuttle bus service made it easy to get to the ferry and train. There were good options for breakfast, both Japanese and western options. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful.
While the hotel is peaceful, it is massive and lacked atmosphere during April. The interiors are a bit dated in the bedrooms with clunky A/C. Dinner options are limited in the restaurants, though we opted for bolognese which was tasty. Bit of a ghost town.

The view was amazing, plus the night cruise was nice.
The shower curtain was a little small for the shower so water would end up on the floor. The AC kinda sucked, never really got cold.

The staff was very professional and accommodating. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were decent. The room is spacious, and the view is beautiful.
The rooms need major updates. It felt like going back to the 70s when inside the room.
I joined the boat trip to see the Tori. The front desk told me that 9 PM was available, but it was so dark when the boat got out, and the Tori was far away. I think the visibility should have been mentioned when an evening booking was made. Every single night-time photo of the Tori I saw online was well-lit, but it wasn't the case on a normal day; unlike the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty, the Tori only has a few spotlights, and it's hard to get any good picture.

Great location
Our room smelled of Japanese pickles. So it needed be aired out before we could sleep there.

Truly amazing views of Miyajima island and a nice big balcony to enjoy it from! The rooms were spacious and well equipped. There were lots of other fabulous facilities available but unfortunately we weren’t there long enough to enjoy them. we would certainly stay here again!
the room decor was a little bit dated but this is not important and is purely down to taste

Amazing room with a balcony facing Miyajima. Would stay again just to see the view. The room iteself was also fantastic, very big with comfortable bed, good a good bathroom.
The restaurants in the hotel were very expensive with not a lot of option. If staying the night, If I stayed here again I would have eaten on Miyajima or somewhere else as nearby there are some places (I went to a cafe) but food was an issue for me.

The proximity to two train stations and Itsukushima is good. The views from the hotel are excellent and the food great. It was our first time eating more formal Japanese meals, and we were fortunate to have a great server from Nepal who spoke (5) languages, including ours, English.
There really was not anything we did not like.

The location was good with a nice view.
Unfortunately the staff didn't make bookings to the restaurant at the hotel for dinner as requested, first night was full and second night they forgot to reserve as requested. I then had to drag my 4 children out to find a location to eat which was quite difficult. We also requested an extra futon for my heaviest child which was not sent to the room at all during our stay. I had quite a few Japanese breakfasts during my travels in Japan and this included breakfast was by far not great, was cold and not very nice to eat.

Beautiful Ocean view from the balcony, room was a nice size, lobby and baths were well maintained.
Rooms and bathrooms were very dated, bathroom sink had a large crack in it. It did not impact my stay, but the hotel rooms could use updating.

The view on Miyajima island from my room was breathtaking. Very friendly staff and the night cruise was a very pleasant experience. Also, the hotel is conveniently located near the train station and ferry to Miyajima. Highly recommend

One of the rooms had a beautiful water view. We also enjoyed Japanese dinner and breakfast buffet. They use local ingredients and we enjoyed everything. The boat ride was nice as we were able to see the view of Torii at night. Staff were very nice and we had a wonderful stay.
We had reserved two rooms with water views but one of them had a semi water view as the pool and trees blocked the view. We had a huge group of high school students staying at the same time and noise levels were exceeded but it was uncontrollable.
