It was clean and very comfortable. The location was beautiful, and the balcony gave us a fantastic view of the river. There is no mountain view as per the description.

There is no mountain view. Please be aware that all of the hotel restaurants are closed by 9pm. And the towns very limited eateries do not serve food after 3pm. Your only option after this time is a local (and only) chip/kebab shop.

rooms need deep clean. black mould in showers which came off when using shower, bathroom bin needed cleaning, pubic hairs in bath, incorrect size of toilet seat fitted. pillows of v poor quality and bedlinen seen better days

The hotel is fabulous, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Food was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable as well.

Lovely hotel and brilliant staff especially chloe who was so friendly and chatty . The restaurant manager was helpful and really helped us when we weren't told that the bar food had stopped at 7pm .. Found us a table in the restaurant even though we hadn't booked. Excellent food for breakfast, lunch and dinner

Great selection for breakfast, comfy beds, lovely friendly staff at breakfast.

The bedroom was far too hot. The shower was terrible- the water only went up to luke warm and the pressure wasn’t good.

Everything was perfect, food, staff, bed were so comfortable. The only critic was the shower was very weak pressure.

Not the tipe of room I paid for.It was a wedding that night and locks like it was more outside than inside. In the room,the single bed was used but not changed and the rubber bath mat was filthy...very disapointed

Very uncomfortable bed, woke up with pains. Bed was 2 single beds pushed together witch made it uncomfortable for myself and my husband to sleep on.. Very noisy, we hardly slept because of children running up and down the corridor, we also had people around us shouting and singing out Very loudly on there balcony , and from the bar and smoking area, it definitely wasn't a place for a couple to go to relax in.. we both are so tired from not being able to sleep in our room we booked, we are both now leaving the hotel looking forward to a good sleep when we get home 😴 noise free 😴

Beautiful hotel. Decor in the rooms, bar, reception area etc is lovely. Food in the bar and restaurant is really really good. Dinner in the Prom bar was absolutely delicious. Free parking for residents is great as not every hotel offers this and it can be quite a hassle parking at other hotels. The temperature in the rooms is just right and the wall heater/radiator is easy to turn off or on which is great as some hotel rooms are so hot it can be uncomfortable. Staff are all very helpful and approachable. We just really loved our stay here.
