Pleasant staff Large room Comfortable bed

Bar was very relaxed, and drinks were brough to table. My wife is pregnant so this allowed us to both relax. She enjoyed the mocktails and I had a couple of Guinness'. Food was truly amazing. Would happily have again.

Wish I booked another night.

Was concerned that the room being on the ground floor in the 'town house' despite asking for upper floor - was OK (concern being next to a pavement). Very spacious, very well decorated and looked new.

Breakfast wa expensive at £18.00 as I only booked it on the day.

Clean. Spacious room. Good welcoming atmosphere. reception staff friendly. Lovely big bathroom.

thin walls, neighbouring rooms woke us up 2-3 times during the night coming in/out. rooms facing the main road are noisy. can hear full conversations of the people below. It was a match day so can somewhat understand it. The breakfast was ok but didn’t give the wow factor considering the price paid.

Could do with better storage for tea/coffee tray. Was on the floor in the bottom of the wardrobe.

Rooms were well supplied. Lovely sized bath.Spacious.

Room wasn’t overly clean. marks on the toilet lid and hairs in the bath. No evening meal offered. Staff didn’t go out of their way to make you feel welcome,breakfast staff weren’t helpful.

Location is perfect, walking distance to Victoria's street, full of restaurants and pubs. The building is beautiful and rooms are very comfortable and pretty big. Breakfast was very good and staff really friendly

our room was poor. in the lobby on the ground floor, we had people outside and noise all night this should not be a - expensive - bedroom. it’s more suited to a lounge or staff room

Great location, nice rooms, clean with excellent toiletries etc

No breakfast and no restaurant facilities available when we stayed there. were told restaurant was not serving any food or breakfast. This was disappointing. Bar area was also very cold.

The location is amazing, close to everything and free parking was a big bonus. The actual building is a beautiful piece of architecture

breakfast in morning was chaos no one new what was going on the manager on door was no help with the 2 staff that where working there the young boy was doing all the work we felt sorry for him (went for breakfast at 9am no juice no pastry and on top all the restaurant was cold but the one good thing was I did enjoy my welsh breakfast

Excellent staff.

Expected secure parking and a restaurant as advertised. The car park was closed due to an events tent in the car park for Beaujolais Nouveau 2022 and no restaurant. Charging full price for rooms when several key facilities are not available is unacceptable to me. A huge disappointment left feeling taken advantage of.
