Residente local de propiedad. Nos encanta el país bajo de SC y todo lo que ofrece. Desde ciclismo, pesca, paseos en bote y playa hasta el impresionante golf y tenis, Kiawah ofrece más que hacer que cualquier otra comunidad de playa.
Somos propietarios del condominio desde 1995 y recientemente hemos gastado más de 100k en renovarlo y convertirlo en lo que creemos que es una de las mejores villas en Kiawah. No se ahorraron gastos desde la cocina hasta los baños. El televisor de pantalla grande y el estéreo Bose hacen que la sala cobre vida.
Las habitaciones están configuradas con una reina en el dormitorio principal y dos camas individuales en la habitación del frente. También hay dos sofás extraíbles en la sala de estar. Hay dos sillones reclinables de cuero para relajarse.
La ubicación es un paseo corto o en bicicleta a la playa. Excelentes restaurantes y bares se encuentran a poca distancia o un corto viaje en coche de Freshfields VIllage o Bohicket Marina.

The place was mostly clean but had one smashed cockroach that was your welcome to spare room. Blow dryer does not work and shower in main bath doesn’t drain properly. About 1/2 mile walk to beach but you have to bring own beach chairs and wagon. Not a lot of places to eat on Kiawah so be prepared to cook or have a long wait for restaurants. Overall condo was average.

The villa was warm, welcoming and beautifully located. The owner was so kind to be a pet friendly Vrbo participant. We would stay there again.

Quiet, clean, easy access to Roy Barth Tennis Center. Perfect place for a family with USTA tennis tournament players. Lovely view of pond from kitchen. Comfortable sitting area with large leather recliners. We loved that we could bring our pup. Great communication with Tom. Very reasonable price for quality and convenience. A+

The owner, Tom was amazing and very responsive. The unit was clean and appeared as the pics showed. It’s in a great location very close to the Sanctuary, tennis, and the beach. I’m t was easy to navigate around the island on the many bike trails.
The only negative I could think of is the TV’s are a bit dated and don’t allow for streaming Netflix, etc It may have been nice to have the steaming capability during the times it rained but that is the only negative I could come up with.
Overall great stay and we’d come back again and stay in the same unit.

Villa was clean and easy to access. Nice lagoon views. Close to the bike path and short walk to the beach. Tom was a very responsive host. We loved our stay here!

Decided to take a quick 3-day trip to Kiawah at the last minute and was fortunate to find this little place with great reviews. It was very clean and close to the Sanctuary Hotel, Turtle Cove golf course and Night Hebron Park. Place was clean and stocked with the basics. Only wish it had a porch so you could sit outside. And a toaster. There also wasn’t any beach gear, but we called The Sanctuary Hotel and they set up beach chairs and an umbrella (and towels) for $40/day, so that was nice. We had a lovely time.

My daughter and I enjoyed our third spring break in a row at this condo and will be back again next year. It has a perfect location, is clean and allows our toy poodle.

We love coming to Kiawah, and being able to bring our dog makes it so much more special. Tom was great to work with, and we had a great family Thanksgiving. The unit is convenient to the beach, and the view onto the pond was fantastic for birding. Having a full kitchen made cooking for the holiday easy. There was plenty of room for us, and we’d happily come back!

Great trip
We had a great stay and highly recommend this property. The living area/kitchen had an open floor plan and we’re very spacious. We had a question on something and the owner, Tom, who came over very quickly to help. We will return.

Great weekend get away
The property is always very clean, organized, and well stocked. The owner Tom is terrific to deal with- responsive, helpful, conscientious. We've stayed here several times and will plan to be back!

On the other hand, with the porch enclosed the unit provides much more elbow room than a typical 2 bedroom option, and the extra indoor space was a plus for our family. Different people have different standards for proximity to the beach, but ideally I'd prefer a shorter walk. It took us about 10 minutes. The unit was very well cleaned and the owner very responsive and friendly when a couple of small issues arose during our 17-day stay.

Long Week-End
Nice property and great location. Owner is very responsive - no problems during 4 night stay, couple of minor questions prior to arrival. This is the 2nd time we have rented this property. Pet friendly.

Very nice set-up for a long weekend. Only recommendations would be to replace the mattresses and linens (it’s time!). Tom was very communicative and accommodating.

I want to thank Tom for his incredible hospitality. Although I never met Tom, he was incredible responsive to all my questions and I had a lot. The condo is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I will be sure to reach out to Tom first, the next time I go to Kiawah Island.

Great Place to Stay with a Dog!
We picked this property because we wanted to bring our Golden Retriever puppy (8 months old) to Kiawah. We were impressed by the pictures and we were NOT disappointed! The condo was beautifully renovated and Tom was great to deal with both before and during our stay! We had an issue with the cable on the day we checked in and he came right over and fixed it.
The only drawback is that this property is quite a hike to the beach, but it is in a great location near Night Heron Park and the Sanctuary and central to all of the golf courses.
We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a dog

Daddy / Daughter trip
I drove with my daughter from NJ and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo; unfortunately we locked ourselves out one night and Tom was very nice and quickly came by to let us in at 11pm. Would recommend this condo to others.
