O ponto alto do hotel é a gentileza, cortesia e atenção de todos os funcionários: no restaurante, nos maleiros, recepção, piscina, nos corredores! Muito Obrigado a todos!

Podia ter um forno microondas no quarto.

Amamos a estadia. Ficamos em um apartamento de 2 quartos bem espaçoso e com vista para o mar, com ar condicionado nos dois quartos e na sala. A localização é muito boa. De frente para a praia é próximo ao morro do careca. O restaurante do hotel serve Buffet no almoço e jantar com opções deliciosas e preço justo. O café da manhã oferece diversas opções de pães, tapiocas e omeletes preparadas na hora.

Café da manhã muito bom e completo, chuveiro excelente e óptima estrutura do hotel. A equipe é muito atenciosa e solicita. Conta com uma mini copa para bebê.

very clean

The room was very nice and clean and everything worked perfectly. The hotel was in excellent condition and well maintained. The included breakfast was fantastic, just be sure to go to outside restaurant area to where you can order a made to order omelette and tapioca. The hotel staff was the best I have experienced in a long time! They were so friendly, smiled and took care of anything we needed. I will stay again at Aquaria, it’s the best!

great location, very nice staff and an excelent breakfast. we had one gluten free person and during dinner and lunch the kitchen always did another option for her!

the room was nice, however we did not had a window in our room ( only in the living area with a balcony) and you could ear the AC motors outside working all day.

The hotel has a great location near many bars and restaurants, and right at the beach. It’s clean and offers many facilities. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even decorated the room for my partner’s birthday! Good aircon system in the rooms, and spacious balcony with sea view. Highly recommended hotel!

Great location, very friendly staff, and cozy room! The breakfast is amazing and the room service is great. Denize is the best one! These were just some of the pleasant surprises we found at the Aquaria Hotel that made our stay even better. All the services were excellent and we had a great time in Natal. Certainly, we’ll return as soon as possible!

The hotel is far from the downtown. However, nothing that affects significantly your stay as Natal is a great city for public transport and taxi/Uber services.

I didn’t realize our room was going to be on the first floor when I booked luxury room. if you want to have natural light and a view ask for a “super luxury” room

good stuff, reasonable price for the service. rooms are clean.

I didn’t like quality of the food. everything done with a low quality margarina. food very simple. I wouldn’t come back just because of that. swimming pool could be more deep. hard to enjoy it.

I like the bf for the most part

Watery scrambled eggs. The power going out just making me shower and shave in the dark in order to check out in time and make it to the airport.

Clean place. Cool staff. Nice prices. Excellent Manager.

The pool was a little bit dirty, with sand on the floor, and the water looked like, it has sun screen, on the water.
