The places it's beautiful it's very nature a lots green and fresh air cold little but we have nice weather everyday is sunny day only cold wind the shopping centrum is very nice a lots of beautiful view. And kindly people.

I did not like is she not talk English its better she talk little English so that we can understand each other German language is kindly difficult but we learn little bit

Location, staff, game room, table tennis table was great..nice staff, good breakfast. Staff always answered the phone and call back.

Poor WiFi and thus poor TV connection, couldn't load channels or apps like Netflix, game room missed the darts for the dartboard and pooltable was slanted.

This B&B has the quality and standards of a hotel. The owner and hostess greets and receives the guests personally. She is kind, helpful and makes sure everyone is comfortable. This beautiful place is very very clean, organized and tidy. You can clearly see everything is done with love and attention to detail. The breakfast buffet is german oriented and offers good range of options. There is a parking lot right at the house as well as a bus stop "Am See". A few more infos: - Location: Elkeringhausen is a tiny village that belongs to Winterberg. It is surrounded by forest. Great place for singles, couples and families to enjoy a vacation at the nature. In Summer you can go hiking and in Winter you can go skiing. - Transport: you can take the bus, which runs 3x a day on the weekends or catch a taxi to Winterberg for about €11. -Leisure activities: In Elkeringhausen you can go to a salt room spa. In Winterberg you find restaurants, bars, an Irish pub, ice cream shops, a sauna day spa, a shopping area and nearby attractions related to tge forest and Winter fun. If you want a quiet place to stay and be surrounded by nature this is the best place! I'll be going back to the B&B for my fall vacation. Have fun staying there!

Very nice view from our room into the nature and to the village, very quite, nearly no traffic on the road. Very friendly.

./. Just a remark: This village is situated "downhill" to Winterberg. So easy to reach for people with bicycles coming from Winterberg-City. But some challenge going up to Winterberg uphill.
