Great people helping us with nice facilities and lake shore

Отличный отель, уютные домики, прекрасные виды на озеро и горы, превосходный бассейн, камин, доброжелательный персонал.

Очень скромный завтрак, не работал ресторан по вечерам.

Overall a nice experience. The staff was really friendly and helpful (although not all spoke English, but we got by with Google Translate), the bungalow was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view of the lake. It’s a bit remote so you would need a car to get around. there is a great empanada place nearby Oveja Negra.

Things that could be better are breakfast quality and variety, the gym (there was barely a gym) and the WiFi (very slow and spotty).

A well-designed complex, with an indoor pool, rolling lawns and an excellent swimming platform. The cabins are extremely pretty, with lots of room including a kitchen and views of the lake. Definitely worth staying at least two nights to make use of the facilities.

It is a struggle to check-in if you do not speak Spanish

The day we arrived our flight was delayed and the staff was awaiting for us well passed midnight. The accommodation was clean and with all the necessary equipment to have an excellent stay. Breakfast was really complete with great views from the lake! The pool was incredible. After spending the morning doing excursions and trekking, we ended each day in the heated pool relaxing. All the staff was nice and always trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Specifically Tincho, in charge of the aquatic activities (kayaks, canoes, paddle surf, etc) and Juan, in charge of the kitchen! One day we had a problem with our car, and the whole staff (reception, gardening, maintenance, etc) came to help us!!! The reception staff helped us booking a fishing trip that was unforgettable !!! Kids had a great time, playing in the gardens. With my family we all agreed that the stay was perfect and we all hope to return soon.

We had a completely new experience here- you call the kitchen when you are ready for breakfast and they bring it to your room!! Such a treat - breakfast in bed! And the communal kitchen- must see it to believe it. Our time at Puerto Pireo was a highlight of our trip. It was an experience rather than just a place to lay our heads.
