Outdoor swimming pool was a great way to beat the heat.

Not many shops open in the area.

Away from the crowd.

Not much choices of what can be done.

I like the food, so delicious. I also like the ambiance specially at night so relaxing,

I didn't like the air conditioning, during summer it is so humid. We couldn't even cuddle with my partner because we feel so uncomfortable coz we're sweating. Maybe will improve a little for the ventilation during summer.

Great location, great room

I found the bathtub dirty. The electric safe was malfunction and it just wont lock. This prevented me to ask for room service because there is nowhere to keep my valuable safe. And the shower head is probably a replacement and the size of the shower head is larger than the shower stand, endup the shower head keep moving itself. It just wont fit. It was a great room with great sea view but please get everything fixed, it is indeed annoying. And the buffet breakfast is great. But the buffet dinner was the worst I have ever encountered. Oh and the VR centre is a joke. Nothing is actually powered on. it looks like to me that everything is broken in this hotel.

It’s potential

Appalling hotel. Could be good but almost spoilt in every way... the reception of what they claim is a 5 star hotel has been made to look like a camp site- all facilities are not at all like they look in the pictures - staff have no idea what guests want. The only option for evening food, doesn’t open until 9pm - despite what it say on the menu. It’s all such shame that this location ha sheen so ruined by bad management - same can be said for the whole of Fisherman’s Wharf - which could be great but is now nothing more than a good view with poor restaurants and shops- mostly now shut.
