Shower and the water pressure was Pathetic, shower was broken and water all over the place. As I was rushing for a event there wasn’t hot water coming, I had to shower under the cold water during winter, when asked it was then told to me there is water Maintainance. once I was back from the even in the night, they realised to drop in my room. absolutely no apology whatsoever ever for not informing me before they did the Maintainance. very poor management.

Pricing was displayed inclusive of taxes but when we arrived at the resort, they demanded additional taxes. However when I explained, they waived the taxes and collected the final bill with the right amount when I checked out at about 2pm on 2nd Jan 2023. Further, I was shocked when I received a call from another front office staff at about 6pm the same evening, demanding for the excess tax. The hotel is constantly filling up demanding excess payment, while my full and final was done when I checked out. There is something fishy about this.

The ambience was peaceful. It was filled with greenery all around and it look like a resort. The infinity pool was a highlight. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was bigger than most in Bangalore and had bathtub. The staff team was friendly. The team of Chinmay, Kavya, Heena and Shaily made our stay very pleasant and comfortable from check-in through check-out.
