The new rooms are amazing we had the super deluxe room which was spacious, clean and very modern. The view was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower is very nice.

I think if we didn’t have this specific room we wouldn’t have enjoyed it much. The rest of the facilities are outdated. The worst thing in this hotel is the reception, I have never met such clueless reception in my life. They were unhappy people who have no idea what they are doing, not giving us any information, and when we asked for extra pillows they completely ignored the request, the wifi in the room was not working and after complaining they did nothing, they just couldn’t care less and during check out I had to wait 15 mins with my fussy baby because there was no one there to check us out!! Absolutely horrible! And in case I forgot the WIFI is pretty useless, it didn’t work and also mobile network was very weak. We asked for late check out, they told us it’s possible till 5 which we were surprised and thought oh that’s nice of them but we couldn’t believe it that we had to return to ASK if there are any fees and they said ah yes 40 euros!! Like shouldn’t you mention this when we asked you for late checkout the first time? Completely weird team working there!

nice location for few days vacation or off-site business meetings, Good breakfast and dinner restaurant. Room was nice and clean and friendly staff at restaurant and reception.

The room windows have no dark curtains or a way to keep the sun shining in, so in the summer the room is with full daylight very early in the morning.

The surrounding is very nice, no traffic. Every room/flat has its own entrance from outside. Dogs are welcome. The rooms were nice and tidy.

As we arrived, it was heavily snowing the whole day. The snow was not moved out of our way, also on the steps to our flat there were over 10cm snow laying there - it was quite slippery. The toilet and bathroom were very cold, especially the floor, but we could turn on heating

No mosquito net on window or balcony door, could be a problem at times.

It was quiet at night. Very clean, the hotel staff very friendly. Food at dinner was very good. Great breakfast choices. Lots of bicycles available for guests. Reasonably good area for hiking.

Room was VERY small, thankfully I was alone. There were large construction trash containers all along the meadow by my room, not pretty to see. Also some kind of construction going on there. Shouldn't rent rooms in this area of the hotel. Noise from trucks on the highway is easily heard day-time. Therefore the balcony isn't pleasant or useful. Nearly all rooms are distant from reception, and quite a walk with luggage. Some rooms you can drive near, most you can not. In any case no parking except in large lot. Tip: bring wheeled luggage!

We had one fantastic short vacation at this beautiful hotel. Beautiful location, sweet rooms, a great pool & sauna and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Anytime again!

The spa, pool, giant TV in our room and dinner staff

My gf and I look a lot for a nice activity filled hotel to stay at and this one seemed perfect, I called them 2 days before ours stay to make sure everything is perfect. My gf and I love to play table tennis and specifically chose this place since they had that activity available in the description and when I called they said we could use it, but when we arrived I asked about it and they told us we could not use it since they were using the table tennis rooms as a storage room, they gave no compensation and just blamed each other for tell me we could use it. So we decided we are going to play tennis, but they do not provide the equipment. They do not provide towels for the pool. Breakfast staff does not refill empty trays of food, and dinner menu is very limited.
