Habitaciones y baño super comodos y amplios, con buenas vistas y silencioso. El desayuno es correcto y variado, y se destaca la atencion del personal. El señor de entrada, que lamentablemente no se su nombre, fue de una amabilidad, y simpatia destacable. Utilizamos el estacionamiento y es muy amplio y comodo. El hotel es muy bonito y tiene un bar muy bien abastecido y muy bien atendido.
Lo negativo es el personal de rececpcion, muy antipatico y ante una queja por la falta de una firma en la entrada al hotel, el señor Mauricio, por lo bajo, me ha insultado. Tanto a la llegada como a la salida, fue una fea experiencia por parte del personal, fueron antipaticos y con malos modales.

Despite having had some terrible experiene a few years back, we dedided to go back and I am glad to say we noticed marked improvement in everything, as it used to be just before the pandemia.
The staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent, room was spotlessly clean. Actually, we had dinner at the hotel on two occasions and I highly recommend their grilled octopus - out of this world!
Congratulations to the management for having brought in a very capable head of reservations and many thanks to all the staff from the cleaning ladies, to front desk personnel and all the restaurant staff for making this a very pleasant stay.
The only suggestion I have is for the hotel to install safety grab bars in the bathtub and showers.

Arrived a little earlier than the check in time. Front desk managed to get my room ready in no time. Personnel in general, were always of help when required.

Great location, quiet and little traffic. Clean rooms and delicious breakfast.
There is no air conditioning in the breakfast area and the table and chair could be more comfortable.

The room was surprisingly spacious, everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Ventilation in the room was good (we have stayed in other hotels where the air is a bit stuffy due to the proximity to the ocean).
Location was very close to some nice / fancy restaurants in the Dasso area (10 min walk). The hotel itself is in the border between Miraflores and San Isidro, in a very residential area.
Breakfast was good. It had fresh fruits and juice, which I always appreciate.
It would be nice if the elevators had some information about what you can find in each floor (e.g. it took me longer than expected to find the gym). But I am really looking for small things to improve, I would definitely come back to the hotel.

Very comfortable room with toiletries provided. Big and comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Located in a safe neighborhood.
Although in a safe area, it is a 25-30 minute walk from Kennedy Park but taxis are readily available. Quality of the hot breakfast could be better but the cold breakfast was good.

Great location. Very good service throughout. Very clean. Good breakfast buffet. Quiet room. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Great rates.
The fitness room needs updating. Old machines. Many aerobic machines were out of service.
