Inflexible shuttle service

It is a hotel of good standards, where one can spend the night comfortably. Bed is very good. Staff are professional.

The hotel is very dated. Bathroom is quite old and not very pleasant, although clean and functional.

Showers are lacking of maintenance. Room doors are very thin and hollow, everything can be heard from the interior. Tv speakers not working properly. Empty Mini Bar Fridge not working

We booked a premium suite with a balcony and lounge benefits. The balcony has seating for 2 and looks out over the gardens or pool. 5th and 6th floor.Bedding is nice - premium linens, bathrobes and the suite is spacious. The lounge has a good coffee machine! So yes you can fix yourself an espresso! If you like there are plenty of snacks or drinks in case you want to grab something in between meals. If Safety is a concern? Book this hotel and you will be surrounded with friendly staff & security personal. Especially for solo travellers I would recommend this hotel. When in San Jose again I book re-book. The staff was incredible and the facilities were stunning! Great view from the pool and beautiful breakfast area. The breakfast selection was great and there was a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Great options and value! You can walk downtown from the site however it is about an hour and a half to the central market/downtown core. I did walk it in the daytime and the local police mentioned to be cautious as normal when you are a tourist in foreign countries. I would not recommend walking at night.

The jacuzzi wasn't working that week 😕 and the dinner isn't recommended in my opinion. Remember this is my opinion that is why I booked the hotel stay with breakfast only.

Outdated but that’s not such a big deal. The location was not very good unless you have a car

Everything was great. Loved the VIP service with all day buffet for food and drinks.Also the spa on site was really nice. Airport shuttle very convenient and also the breakfast buffet was great. Late check out at 3pm. Overall I was very happy with my choice to stay there.

The room smelled a bit old. But I opened the window and then I had a great time. The sauna was not really hot, but I still used it 2-3 times.

I booked rides to and from the airport a week in advance but my morning ride to the airport was not arranged. Staff called us a cab saying it would be $10. It was $40. Disappointed had to pay for their mistake since I had my ride requests in writing (proof)
