El primer día llegamos a la madrugada y no nos enviaron bien las instrucciones, entramos al hotel que no correspondía, llamamos por teléfono y a la habitación del propietario sin respuesta. Encontramos a una mujer maja que se alojaba allí y nos aconsejó ir al hotel de al lado Toalla sucia, puerta rota, pared sucia, botella con liquido extraño en la ducha

Abbiamo avuto un emergenza seria, il mio fidanzato doveva fare una lampada salva vita notturna per il suo ittero raro. Alle due di notte è saltata la corrente. Non c’era possibilità di comunicare con il proprietario assente. Abbiamo provato a chiedere aiuto a qualche persona interna ci hanno negato l’aiuto dicendo che dovevano andare via. É una vergogna! In emergenza siamo dovuti ritornare in Italia a causa della sue condizioni. Rovinato il nostro viaggio! Per fortuna l’unica cosa positiva è che il proprietario ci ha ridato metà dei soldi per le mancate notti!

We booked a room with separate beds for 2 people, but we stayed at a very very small room for one person with a small bed!! There wasn’t any space for two people!I don’t recommend the property for family!

Die Zimmer waren unschlagbar günstig.Die Lage ist super. 100 Meter von U- Bahn und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Kleines Café in der Nähe. Nach hinten hin gibt es einen großen Garten. Es war sehr ruhig und wir konnten gut schlafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein kostenfreies Upgrade bekommen. Es gab einen kleinen TV, Mikrowelle und kleinen Kühlschrank.

Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und teils kaputt. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Das ganze Team ist aber sehr bemüht.Wer einfach nur schlafen möchte und keinen großen Anspruch an Komfort stellt ist hier super aufgehoben. Perfekt für einen kleinen Geldbeutel.

Fleas, mouse traps everywhere,, poo stained and blood stained towels, not told bathroom was shared, broken beds management drunk and incoherent. Floors where filthy. Chewing gum under objects absolute hovel avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

The room was quiet, with no disturbance from other residents and little noise from outside. The garden area was also a very pleasant spot for a cuppa. Its location was excellent, with nearby shops and eateries as well as Finsbury Park and Woodberry Wetlands within walking distance.

With no reception and no one answering the phone, checking in was a convoluted mess. After roaming the passageways I eventually found a staff member who looked puzzled by my presence but was friendly and took me to my room. This was when the magic died. The curtains were soiled; the paper-thin towels smelt like cigarettes; all the wooden furniture was moisture warped; everything metal was rusted. Shared toilets were routinely desecrated, and at least one of the showers would clog on a daily basis - flooding the bathroom floor and threatening to spill out on the '70s floral abomination of a carpet. Alas, there were no bathmats to assist. The complimentary Wi-Fi emitted an anaemic single bar on my floor, and impressively wasn't any better when sat almost directly on top of the router. I was initially delighted to find a kettle in my room yet this proved short-lived as it smelt like someone had been using it to boil milk. The pinnacle of my experience, however, was when I was washing up on the final day and one of the managers remarked incredulously "That's a dirty mug!", as if I'd somehow offended his sensibilities and my slightly tea-stained cup was the worst thing to ever happen to this place. Absolutely more of a hostel than a hotel, it makes me wonder if perhaps an S fell off the sign at some point...

The hosts were very nice. Proximity to the train station was very useful. Room was warm.

The rooms need a lot of maintainance. There was seepage in the wall. The beds were creaky. We were not told we will be given an attic room during booking. Extremely old house without any lift.

Off the main road so accessible. Local amenities within a 5 minute walk, good price for London. Host was nice and accommodating.

The amount is too much for the facility rendered

The price is acceptable, if you don't have a lot of budget to consider here, at least you can have a single room.

The room is humid, the bathroom is shared, there is no reception, I waited a long time outside the door. The sheets made me itchy when I tried to sleep.

The property owner and manager are so accommodating and helpful.

The manger was helpful and friendly with useful local information. The garden was pleasant.

The room and bathroom smelt damp. The shared bathroom wasn't cleaned on the Sunday. There was no reception, and it was difficult to find anyone to ask for toilet paper, and check in and check out. This hotel was more like a hostal with a shared kitchen and very basic facilities. Be aware that it's hostal standard, not hotel standard.
