We (myself and 4 other friends) were blown away with the location and accommodations of this Rio Mar VRBO. Booking our dates was a breeze and the communication with the property managers was timely and informative. We were given all of the information needed to easily find and access the location. We were met at our arrival and given a tour, imperative information as well as local recommendations for dining and entertainment. The
Villa was modern and beautifully decorated with a kitchen and living room on the main floor. All 3 bedrooms are located downstairs and allowed for privacy. Having 4 full bathrooms for 5 girls was amazing!! Access to the restaurants at the Wyndham
Resort allowed for some delicious dining. We also very much enjoyed the community pool just steps away and the lounge chairs at the community beach. Rio Mar is the perfect location, minutes from El Yunque and Luquillo, as well as an easy drive to San Juan or Fajardo. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful action in Puerto Rico!

We had a large group of 21 family members of all ages split across this Villa and a secondary property from the same owners and they were both clean and fully stocked with plenty of room and bathrooms to be comfortable. The pool was right outside our door and got plenty of use. Everyone was friendly in the area and the booking process was easy. Vanessa greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property. She is very friendly and was extremely helpful working with us to plan excursions ahead of our trip so that all our time was organized and we could see a lot of the island. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Nice villa in nice safe location, near airport, San Juan Luquillo, and El Yunque. Spacious for family reunion, lots of bathrooms and a pool.

I booked this for my cousin, his wife, and their adult children. It was just perfect for them. Plenty of room, beautiful decorations, easy check-in, and check out. Thank you!

The villa was very spacious for our group of 10. It was cleaned and in great condition with renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Having a pool table provided great entertainment, and the accessible beach being only a 2 minute drive down the hill was great. The pool is right accross the parking from the front door, and we enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony listening to the birds everyday.
There are plenty of restaurants close by (you'll need a car), and the bakery and icecream shop in the main road leading to the resort were a hit. We ate at Nativa at the Kioskos, and the food was delicious with great service.
We really enjoyed staying at this villa despite not having an ocean view. The golf and mountain views were pretty and relaxing. Vanessa was very attentive and easy to reach. Thanks for sharing your villa with us!

The unit and resort were really great. Vanessa was so very responsive to our every need-- to supplying games for expected rainy days, to helping us try to work out glitches in AC, and even bringing over glasses. Unfortunately, the hot water situation wasn't cleared up in one of the bathrooms and it seems from previous reviews this is a long standing problem.

Everything was just fantastic. The communication was great, the property was everything we expected. We have a 7 person family, teens, toddlers and one under 2. We had plenty of room and everyone had a blast! Thanks!

This villa has everything you need! Felt like we were at home. The property was large and fit our family of 8 perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Lots of fun thing to do locally, and the kids enjoyed both the pools! The host was friendly and neet us at the property to give us a tour. Would love to return.

I have to say that the hosts were so personable and friendly. Went way, way, way beyond to make sure we were happy. The location of the unit within the larger resort area was good and we could walk to the beach club. But the semi-private pool was so luxurious. Restaurants and groceries were not far. El Yunque is so close!

We had a wonderful stay over the holidays with our family of 6. Check-in was very smooth and easy. And hosts were always available for questions, restaurant recommendations, etc. loved the place - very comfortable and we really enjoyed spending time on the beautiful covered balcony. Would definitely come back!

Property was exactly what we expected! We had a great time! Had a little problem with the refrigerator but Vanessa, the property manager, was on top of it and send the repair guy right away! Vanessa was great communicating with us.

We had a wonderful stay. Vanessa was super helpful and fun to talk with. The view was gorgeous and the pool was clean and right next to the apartment. The apartment slept the 10 of us comfortably. The mattresses are surprisingly comfortable and high quality. We loved the pool table too! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

First of all we chose this place for the pool table and it had 4 bathrooms. We get there and was told that unit was not available due to it flooding and we were given another unit. Not what we wanted but overall satisfied. The host was gracious enough to give us a credit for the inconvenience. We stayed in the unit 3 days. On the 3rd day water was gushing like a faucet from the ac unit. This of course had nothing to do with the unit or the host. There was work being done outside and the roof guys were power washing the roof. Vanessa came right away and offered to put us in another (upscale) unit. She came right away with her son and helped us repack all of our belongings and moved us to this beautiful villa where we spent the rest of our vacation (7 days total) I will say this in spite of all the bs Vanessa was VERY apologetic, helpful, attentive and just a phone call away. She went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable and enjoyable vacation and I will definitely stay again.

Love the place! Comfortable, spacious and so close to the beach and resort pool. Perfect number of bathrooms (4). The beach accessories such as buggy boards, chairs, ice chests, etc. were a plus. Host/hostess were very attentive and prompt to respond to our needs or questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of space for our family of six. So nice to have multiple bathrooms. We loved the beach and the beach club pool. We also loved the closeness to El Yunque. Vanessa was super helpful!

The resort and villas looks alike houses in Greece. The beech was walkable distance and each villa had there pool. My family enjoyed the stay at las Brisas, the host was very kind and gave us great orientation for our stay. We recommend others for a great time here it’s safe and enjoyable.

Pros: location is great in gated community by the Wyndham hotel, 2-minute drive to beach, 10-15 minutes to El Yunque rain forest, etc. All bathrooms appear to have been recently updated along with kitchen.
Cons: we didn't have hot water in 2 of the 4 showers but managed by just using the 2 that had warm water. We also had an issue with the door lock that ended up taking some time to resolve. We couldn't find some basic necessities like dish towels or pot holders which made cooking a bit awkward. The exterior of these units definitely needs some work. It appears that they've been pretty battered by hurricanes and time.
I think we'd stay in this area again if we had the chance but might hope some minor improvements are made to this particular unit.

It was a beautiful place. The host was amazing very responsive and helpful. They gave us a lot of very helpful information like great places to dine, and visit. The place also came equipt with everything that you would need, like beach chairs, and coolers, to floating toys, and washer and dryer. There was construction going on at the property which was a little inconvenient because we were asked to park really far from the property for one of the days, and the pool was dirt because of the work from the roof, and the front of our door was muddy because of the work, but the host did contact the property and we were moved to a closer parking spot.They also had other pools a little further away from our place but just as beautiful for us to enjoy. besides that very little hiccup, my family very much enjoyed our selves. The host were really great and we would def stay again. Thank you for being super great to my family and I and hope to do it again real soon.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The beach and pools were beautiful. Beach shallow enough for the kids- ages 6/7. We had plenty of space. The beach chairs and coolers was a nice touch. Would recommend and stay again.

A huge, well equipped, immaculately clean unit in a fantastic resort with pools and a beach. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Comfy beds; plenty of hot water; balcony with a view of the grounds; pool table; great wifi; four bathrooms! Only thing to know is the drive from the resort's main gate to the unit itself is long (~10 minutes), which you just need to factor in if you're going to be coming and going a lot.
This was a great place for our family stay, and we would be delighted to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cima was a very welcoming and responsive villa owner. He met us at checkin and gave us very useful information about the surrounding areas and what places to visit from the perspective of a local. His place was clean and very spacious. Our family of 12 had plenty of room to spread out. It was very helpful to have 4 full bathroom for getting ready in the mornings or taking showers at night. The pool table was very entertaining for evenings after a long day at the beach or rain forest. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this villa again if we are back in Puerto Rico.

Cima was awesome. We had delayed flights he met us at 2am. Super communicative and very helpful. Accommodations were far and above expected cannot recommend enough will definitely book next year.

Rio Mar Beach Resort is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The Villa was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The resort location is unbeatable. I frequently travel to PR and this is one of my favorite areas on the island. We strongly recommend the Villa for family and friends.

Would highly recommend this condo - we had a group of 9 and had plenty of space. The pool nearby was great and the beach club was a huge bonus. The condo is beautiful and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly, meeting us when we arrived and accommodating a later checkout too. We were so appreciative of their hospitality and had a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay here over Christmas. The place is nicely renovated and furnished. The dining table that converts to a pool table was a big after dinner hit. The kitchen is well equipped for a week long stay. The cluster pool is directly across the street and the club pool is a quick drive with plenty parking. Communication with the host is excellent.

Great location, friendly property manager. Great way to see family and enjoy the resort. A few maintenance items, but they were addressed rather quickly.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Host had beach chairs, coolers available for use. Also had a reg coffee pot & a Keurig coffee maker. Having 4 full size bathrooms with walk-in showers was great. Also having a laundry room made it very convenient. Planning on returning again next year.

This was a great stay for our family vacation. Location was perfect central spot to get to all the things we want to see and do. Amenities were perfect. We had the pool closest to the villa to ourselves all week. Enjoyed sitting out on the covered patio for coffee in the morning.

Thank you guys very much for sharing your beautiful place with us. It was clean, right next to the pool which the kids loved in the evenings. Not to far from the beach, and other activities we wanted to do while in Puerto Rico. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone! Thank you for being such a great host!
