Na žalost ne možemo rec da nam se bilo šta svidjelo,doživjeli smo jedno veliko razočaranje…
Kod objekta na prvom mjesto održavanje objekta je u jako lošem stanju,klime nisu održavane zadnjih 5 g.iz tog razloga niti ne rade,iz jedne sobe smo prebačeni u drugu jer u prvoj sobi klima nije radila očito zbog začepljenosti filtera koji se ne održavaju a klime su stare preko 10g.
U drugoj sobi smo vise ostajali bez struje nego sto smo ju imali,osigurači su konstantno bili pod nekim preopterećenjem s tim da kod nas klima nije radila bas iz tog razloga,do jutra nismo imali struje,ujutro su ponovo uključili struju ali je i dalje stalno izbacivalo sklopke,kad smo se požalili na to sve njihov odg.je bio uživajte u mraku 🙄🤦♀️….
O čistoći i paučini neću ni pričati jer smatram da je tu svaka riječ suvišna….
Koliko si takav jedan objekt može dopustiti takvu ne profesionalnost zaista ne znam,jedno jako veliko razočaranje i sok,iz svog iskustva nikad nikome nebi preporučila ovaj objekt iz razno raznih neugodnosti i ne profesionalnost…

It has a parking lot.
Towels and bedding are not clean. The room doesn’t have a rack for a luggage. There is no sound proof of the room. You can hear people talking from the hallway or from next room, so it could be noisy sometimes.

Our room was large and very comfortable and clean. The rainfall shower was the best we had in Croatia. Very handy location to Plitvice National Park just a short drive away.

Breakfast!!! OK, the apartment is beautiful, comfortable, clean. Plitvice lake is 10min drive... But the host... The breakfast... I was stunned! Thank you so much for warm welcome and hosting!

One of the nicest place we’ve ever been to. Extremely nice host - helpful and kind! The room was cozy and nice, breakfast was great, overall perfect location if you are about to visit Plitvice lakes or just explore the area.
Best value for money ever and we will definitely be returning.

This is the best place to relax and enjoy nature. this is an amazing room, very comfortable and cozy. My daughter said that this is a place for princesses (trampoline, slides, playground, swing) Our family is delighted with the service and hospitality. It is felt that the guest is loved and expected here. The photos don't convey the atmosphere.

The service of the owner is superb! The friendliest host we ever met. The room was really cozy and spacious. The BBQ diner was just right for two. Would recommend to anyone

Close to the national park. The price is ok. The room is large with 2 beds.
In the beginning, we got rooms with no air conditioning in summer. But it was so hot. And we escalated to the staff and finally get one with air-con and the room is comfortable. The hotel is next to the street and is loud if the windows are open. But if you keep the windows open, there are quite some flies getting into the room. The bathroom is small.

the apartment is great, brand new with kitchen, very clean and comfortable
wifi is very weak, almost no wifi connection inside the room, I would give 10 rating if not because of the wifi problem. also they offer a BBQ meat or fish dinner for 20 euro each which is a rip off, do not eat there, my husband’s meat dish is very greasy and dry, over cooked. and my fish dish is a very small fish greasy and dry, they know how to run a good hotel but not a restaurant, the food quality does not worth the money. we spent three weeks in Croatia and nearby countries, this is the worst meal we had. there are several restaurants nearby so you do not have to eat in the hotel

service was great! the hosts were very lovely and accommodating, the apartment itself was very well designed and kept. it had everything you need. close to restaurants and shops but better to be driving than on foot.
our shower was over a bathtub with no shower curtain so if you take a shower water does get everywhere in the bathroom.

Very comfortable bed. It's close to all the outdoor activities you come to this area for. The owner, Ivo, went above and beyond for our comfort, suggestions for dinner and some extras.

Our stay was good, in that the hotel is well located for why we were there (Plitvice - around a 10 minute drive down the road) and the on-site parking, along with nearby restaurants, were all convenient. We can definitely recommend the street food place a five minute walk down the road! The rooms were modern, clearly recently invested in and done up, so that made for a comfortable stay.
The service could have been a little better - we struggled to find someone at check-in and couldn't find anyone at all to check-out, so ended up just leaving the key behind. Having said that, it looked like there were only one or two members of staff who were spread across jobs.
The breakfast was expensive at 20 euros each (significantly more than my Booking.com confirmation said it would be), and a warning that this is not the typical buffet, help yourself, style but a plate of bacon, eggs and cooked meat that is prepared for you. It's a generous portion and great for any meat eaters, but a warning for any vegetarians or anyone with dietary requirements, that you should let them know this in advance.

Super nicely decorated room with good beds, a kitchenette and a good shower. It is a great location if you are going the visit the Plitvic lakes, only 10 minutes drive. Breakfast was good, but a lot ;-) It is also pet friendly (10 euro).

Lovely property, very comfortable with everything you would need. The owner was really welcoming, helpful and friendly. He makes a super breakfast!

Everything!! it was a great location for our family. the apartment was nice and cozy and the beds were so comfortable. The receptionist guy was very friendly and helpful, even suggested a good place to eat down the street from the property

Very clean rooms and nicely decorated.
The moment we arrived, we were fascinated by the entire property.
The location is perfect and it is only 10-15 mins drive to Plitvice lakes.
Ivica, the owner was very nice and helpful. We consulted with him for anything we wanted to do there and he eased the process for us.
We highly recommend this property, and we want to go back there again soon!
