Liked the luggage room and the digital access to the hotel/room

There was stuff already in the bathroom bin before our arrival and the toilets were filled with dust at the bottom.

Bed is heel confortabel, kleine kitchenette is handig

De virtuele receptie en de slechte communicatie met booking.com betreft de naar het hotel doorgestuurde betaling. Zelfs na versturen van het betaalbewijs, werd ik na de eerste nacht verzocht het volledige verblijf te opnieuw te betalen of men zou mij de toegang tot mijn kamer hebben geweigerd. Absoluut ONAANVAARDBAAR!!

Location was perfect and hotel itself was really comfy. Room was well equiped, but felt little smaller than we thought it would be. Polaroid cameras, stickers etc we're nice detail! I'd like to have code to room door too, was bit worried how to get to the room if phone battery dies. Staff was super, super, super friendly and answered within minutes in Whatsapp!

I think we had just bad luck with our stay and hotel would have been great without some unfortunate misfortune that happened to us. I think that the hotel surely wouldn't like these things to happen but sometimes you just miss the spot. We found bugs in our room and wouldn't like to stay there. Hotel was fully booked and staff answered us very quickly, took the situation seriously and we were relocated in about one hour to another hotel just 400m away! Very well handled. Our stay in the new hotel was booked for one night less than our original stay but we realized it during check in and fixed that right away. Bob W also charged my card quite big amount afterwards without letting me know which was alarming but it seemed like it was automatic charge probably due to relocating. I got the money back within few days. So few things that didn't go as planned but staff was always SUPER helpful, friendly and took the situation seriously. As said they surely didn't mean things to go like this but you can't always succeed 100%. Probably would have had excellent stay without bug problem in the first place.

Bad zu klein, alte Klimaanlage, kein Schrank, Beleuchtung schlecht. Zuviele emails vom Vermieter.

we laughed at the stairs, would never be allowed in USA but fine for us, we did not fall down! loved the big windows, cafe nearby, the price,

the lamp on the desk was hard to turn on/off, it was a "touch lamp" but not a big deal

Good location! Perfect design and amenities. Great place. That I will visit again with pleasure. On my next trip, if in the place I visit, has a hotel from this chain, I will choose it immediately.
