Convenient location for a business trip. The whole hotel smelled of wet carpet, but the room was nice and clean.

On arrival, we were greeted with a lovely smile from the staff and informed we had been upgraded to a larger room. It was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is an easy walk to town if shopping is on your list, and there is an intimate bar area and restaurant on your return. Free parking was a help as well.

Nothing to dislike

Room very clean, spacious enough for two, had good air conditioning/heating/fan in bathroom, bed and pillows fresh and comfortable, good privacy curtains, good selection of tv channels. Didn't have hotel breakfast or go to the restaurant this trip. Parking was handy and usually plentiful.

Was disappointed in the room service meal. The dinner meal my partner ordered for room service wasn't what was specified by the QR code menu in my room. When queried after the meal had arrived, the staff member apologised for not telling her of the changes to the salmon meal at the time of ordering, nor when she checked whether the risotto (which she didn't end up receiving anyway) was vegetarian. Also the so-called salad part of the meal was a sprinkling of a few microgreens over the salmon and 2 slices of beetroot which was not good enough for about a $45 meal cost. And the expected and enticing cheesy risotto became regular fried potato cubes which, if known about, she wouldn't have ordered a side of regular fries with her meal as well. So we never ordered from the room service menu again and ate out instead.

The room was enormous. Quiet too.

With such a large room it would have been nice to have a bath as well as a shower.

Only stayed for 1 night to do a wine tour but found the room to be clean and comfortable

Our room was a little dark being on the ground floor you needed to keep the privacy curtains closed

Staff on reception could be more welcoming Sad not to have a minibar in the room. Room and hotel decor dull

It was advertised as 5 star luxury and this was not the case just average except the price.
