Charming Cape Cottage in Brewster
Descubra nuestra casa de vacaciones completamente renovada y encantadora ubicada en el corazón del histórico pueblo de Brewster. We stayed here during a mother/daughter road trip. It was important for this location to be clean, in a good location but most of all safe. It met all! Walked to a nearby coffee shop. Enjoyed learning and witnessing the change in tide. Whale watching out of P town. And found the cutest glass night lights at a near by shop called Handcraft House!!

Cottage was very clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night getaway with my wife! Lots of stuff within walking distance, including a book store, liquor store, gas station, breakfast and coffee places, etc. We also rented e-bikes across the street and toured the cape via the cape cod rail trail at the end of the road! Will 100% stay again. Thank you for the great rental!

Long time travelers to the Cape. The property is very private, cozy and quiet yet right near 6A and amenities, super accessible for all we had planned. Parking in front extra convenient. Cottage kitchen nicely stocked for a longer stay. Owners’ communication was terrific. Thank you!

Nice and cozy cottage in a nice area, not far from the beaches and the Nickerson State Park. You can grab an espresso or coffee in the nearby Snowy Owl in walking distance. The cottage was very clean and tidy - we felt right at home. Very friendly and helpful landlords. We will definitely come back.

Lovely, cute, very clean comfortable cottage!
My sweetheart & I had the romantic time we were looking for in Evelyn’s cute Cape Cod cottage. It was very close to the CCRT (Cape Cod Rail Trail) where we rode our scooters 🛴❤️, which was one of the main reason we chose this adorable cottage. It was very close to a coffee shop down the quite street, called Snowy Owl 🦉. The cottage was nicely located on the Cape. Evelyn was very responsive with all my questions and request for fresh towels. We were even able to check in one day early, which was so nice to enjoy the Cape even more. Thank you Evelyn for opening your cottage to my sweetheart and I. Love from Wisconsin! ❤️

What a lovely cottage with everything you might need for your stay in Cape Cod. Super clean and cozy, with so much attention to details to add to your comfort. There were fresh flowers in a vase, and even iced mugs in the freezer! Highly recommend this listing, and will be sure to book again.

Absolutely Perfect!
As first time visitors to The Cape we were thrilled with this perfect location! Central to the entire Cape, less than a minute to The Rail Trail, minutes away from the ocean! The cottage had everything we needed and then some! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the cottage impeccably clean. We will certainly be back!

Great little spot right on 6A!
A great little cottage perfect for a few-night getaway! It was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed for our long weekend on the Cape. It's located right off Route 6A so it's an easy trip to all of the Cape's attractions (with a nice package store right at the end of the road!). We were 20 minutes from a great ocean beach (Nauset), the best bay beach on the Cape (Mayflower), and great dining in Wellfleet. Plus, there's plenty right in Brewster and you could walk to a small bay beach from the property. The cottage is small and on a shared lot with several other cottages, but the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of supplies. Great little trip!

Perfect Location on Cape Cod
The only thing I can add to the already glowing list of reviews is a sincere thank you to Evelyn and John. This cottage is exactly as pictured and well maintained retaining the simple charm of the Cape. The location is truly ideal. Bring your bikes for the easy access to the rail trail right at the end of the block(the highlight of our stay). A fabulous bakery, fish shack, and coffee house in addition to Ace Hardware (we needed a bike lock!), liquor and basic groceries are all within walking distance as well. There is so much to explore on the Cape. This was our first visit but will not be our last.

We stayed at this charming, well-kept , cottage in a convenient location. It was nice to be close to stores, some restaurants and walking distance to a beach. We had a nice stay exploring the cape for the first time. Fell in love with the beautiful sunsets, the beaches and most of all with the beauty and power of Marconi Beach.

Cute cottage with great location
This cottage is charming and rustic - very Cape Cod. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive when we needed them, and gave us our privacy otherwise. They even helped with a special request that was above and beyond their duties as hosts. The location is superb, 1 mile or so from several glorious beaches, close to several restaurants, and with the Cape Cod Rail Trail at the end of the street. It's really the perfect combination of country quiet and accessibility. The unit is on a property shared with a few other small cottages, but we always felt like we had our privacy. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. The cottage is modest but clean, and had everything we needed. Great location, right off of the Rail Trail and an easy walk to the Snowy Owl for coffee in the morning or JT's for ice cream in the evening. And the Salvadore's were responsive and kind. We will certainly consider this cottage again on our next trip to the Cape.
