Nothing

The host has no customer care. Gave me a room which was smelling of cigarette smoke, and refused to acknowledge it. The room was dirty and I was cringing eat time I think of taking a shower. I would never recommend that anyone sleeps there.

I think you lack a bit in the kitchen, there was no nice cups for tea, cutlery and be a little bit of dinner set,I never saw pots,so I think if you can upgrade kitchen staff even kitchen towels they weren't in a good condition,and even tea, sugar, coffee must be visible for staying visitors,we mustn't struggle to get those things.and another thing is hygiene I never saw saniterzers at the reception even in the rooms and I didn't see anyone cleaning my room but above everything I've enjoyed my stay next time I'll come with my family, hoping to see better condition. Thanks
