Walking distance to ferry and casino, nice diner place there. Good AC and nice view. Parking garage for our car, very specious room. Modern building.
Room could use some decoration, very sterile ambiance. No breakfast facility

We liked the apartment. Walking distance to the ferry terminal (8 minutes), 2 very spacious rooms, balcony, view over the city, coffee and tea available in the room, street restaurants nearby in 2 minutes walking distance. Staff very friendly.
Bath seems a little old and dirty as it has many water marks at the shower.
No restaurant, no bar in the hotel. But you have many around.

we come here a lot.and always get the two bedroom suite. it’s worth the $. There are great local restaurants nearby that we love to go to. it’s ideally situated in the center of town.
The only think we didn’t like was the initial smell in the rooms. When we came here pre-CoVid there wasn’t that smell. This may be a post-CoVid by product along with no breakfast offered.

There was some great restaurants near by and close to the jubilee hall.
Shuttle was reliable and okay price compared to standard taxi, more in line with bolt.
The beds were quite stiff and not comfortable. No breakfast provided so would have been nice if they arranged for some room service delivery of breakfast upon arriving.

Location of the hotel is very good and central, near to the harbour and ferry.
Staff was very helpful, organised taxi transfers and was there if we had any questions. The room was clean and comfy.
View from Rooftop is spectacular and the gym at this rooftop has a very special touch - even though equipement is not high-level, there is everything you need for a good sports session.
Definitely would reccomend this hotel in Dar es Salaam.
There is no breakfast offered (but some reccomendations where to go to).

Excellent location, practical for a quick stay in Dar. The room was big and comfortable. The rooftop is a bonus, with great view of the city and the sunset.
Maintenance could be improved (A/C was not working well all the times, furniture in need of attention).

Clean, modern apartments, centrally located close to all amenities and ferry terminal only $5 taxi ride away or under 10 mins walk. Plenty of mineral water in rooms
No breakfast or catering options although mini kitchenette provided.

the hotel staff are excellent. the check in and check out process was very fast and easy. they are very helpful and considerate about their customers. the hotel is located right in the city center and is surrounded by eateries. easy to get to. I got a free upgrade to an executive room. overall I did enjoy my stay
