Friendly staff, very confortable and clean room, delicious breakfast. Everything was perfect!

The rooms are all suites, and spacious, clean, with a one-ring electric stove but no pots/pans. They're set up for handicapped access. Breakfast is modest, left in the fridge during room cleaning. Windows are (at least) triple-glazed and cut out 99% of street noise. Beds are very comfortable. The hotel is located across the street from the Karolinska Institute, 5 minutes from Södertörn University, and above a food court and across a parking lot to a supermarket. Across the street in front of Karolinska is Marrakech restaurant, an excellent choice for lunch (open 10:30-13:30). I arrived after the front desk closes (which is at 15:00), but received an sms with entry instructions that were easy to follow and worked perfectly. Note that Google maps identifies the location correctly, but incorrectly sends you to the back of the hotel - the entrance is on the main road.

Coffee, tea options in room are meager, and a non-dairy creamer should be available but isn't. Coffee downstairs in the morning is gratefully received, but the quality could be much better. And the soap/shampoo in little plastic bottles - come in, the time has passed for those things! The main thing I didn't like has nothing to do with the hotel - Flemingsberg has nothing to offer at night. There''s not a single bar, or any other kind of nightlife - for that, you have to take a train into the city, which negates the entire concept of convenience if you have things to do at Karolinska or Södertörn.

Friendly staff

Rooms were like in hospital. Beds were too soft, pillows too big. No buffet breakfast, just a bag in the fridge.

The location is good: near the train station and near all universities (all 10 min on foot). All can be done without interaction with staff: I was provided with a code and a key was waiting for me upon arrival. For check-out, I just left a key and that's all.

Wifi was not good during the first two days, but then it was acceptable. For refilling of shampoo and other bath items as well as teabags, milk, and coffee I had to ask in the reception, otherwise, one tiny shampoo/gel is for 4 days:) and no teabags.
