Very large bright rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, excellent sound-proofing, spotlessly clean, wide variety at breakfast, staff is very attentive to details.

The room was spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and helpful, perfect restaurant with delicious food. Good location, just across the train station.

A bit long way to connect to the internet, and you have to repeat it every time you get out and in the hotel.

The only thing . We thought the toilet seat needed to be replaced. Not very clean looking even after they cleaned it. So NOT the fault of the cleaners.

the wifi internet connection keeps disconnecting everytime you lock the phone

The hotel was a very nice experience, with the staff very helpful and supportive. The rooms are quite big, very clean and hospitable. We also tried the hotel’s restaurant which is worth a stop. Parking is available around the hotel, and they also offer and EV charging station.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable

The room is big and well presented. The restaurant is also nice and check in was fast and smooth. Breakfast is very good and a lot of options for a 4 star hotel.

Location

The room was dirty..full of other guests clothes. This is the second time in 3 months that I needed a hotel in Uzwil fir business reasons and this hotel droppe quaiity and they did not train their staff properly. Not good for business travelers. Lack of friendliness in staff in reception.
