Struttura molto trascurata, la pulizia scadente , e c e un rumore 24 ore di 24 per i lavori accanto, ma cmq fastidioso durante la notte .

The food was nice and staff was good friendly and helpful.
The room was basic could do with a update. But the price was not expensive. So overall if you are on a budget it is ok, i would use again.

The hotel is a kind of a motel, close to the main road and the best beaches (Nissi Beach, etc.) on the island.
Probably the best price in the area.

Great apartment for a family vacation! Location is great, very big rooms, very well equipped and clean, Peter was helpful with everything. The swimming pools and kids playground were a great add on and the neighborhood was very kids friendly, very good value for money.

the location was perfect, in between ayia napa city center and pretty nissi beach
there were ants crawling everywhere the first few days, 5€ a day for the air conditioning is pretty expensive

Location was brilliant, staff were a vibe, very well mannered and polite, would recommend for a low budget holiday
Cooking facilities were present but lacking, entertainment was non existent in your rooms, there was free WiFi, but packed any substance options like a TV or a radio etc

Hotel's staff is very supportive. The hotel is close to very nice beaches, supermarkets, pharmacy and bus stop. Good value for money. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The pool area is nice.

Very friendly and always ready to help staff-all are great :) Spacious and extremely clean rooms, clean pool, very nice pool bar.If you are looking for a place at affordable prices, this is Karina hotel apts! Location is pretty good for aiya Napa. Approx 15-20 minutes to Nissi Beach but feels like 30 in the scorching heat. Wifi was free.
No tv in room, shower cabin was a bit old/hard to close. Construction beside the pool area.

Staff was helpful. Good location. New towels every day.
Ants in the kitchen and in the beds. All rooms are single bedded. Pricey for what it is.
