The owner was quite rude during the check-in process and except the location being good, I would not book this accommodation again.

Great location, right at the shopping street, center

The room is quite dark, on the 6th floor, there is no view instead of the roof of the mall.

The only good thing about this property is its location. It’s really just like a family run business. Don’t get me wrong, I think the owner or the staff are really friendly and they are willing to help when you are in need, but it is so not the quality that I imagined when I looked at the pictures shown on booking.com.

This hotel is so old. The wallpaper in the walkway is peeled off, the floor is full with scratches, the stoves are rusted, water faucet in the kitchen is so loose that you can plug it off anytime, floor are quite dusty as if the cleaner is ignoring some of the corners, some parts of the ceiling are not properly covered after the electrician fixed the air condition, the chair in front of the desk is so worn that it’s cushion cover is gone.... as what I’ve put it in the title, what you see is not what you get. By the way, the security on the ground floor isn’t helpful nor friendly. They smoke a lot until the whole lobby is smelly. Booking.com this is very misleading.
