We have spent several weeks on St. Croix over the past few years, have stayed at a few different condos, and Sea-Kissed at Cruzan Princesse is by far our favorite!
We spent a month at this condo with our 2 kids, 6 and 10, and it was perfect. It would be perfect for anyone who loves to explore the island. This condo is centrally located on the north shore, very close to Christiansted and not far from Fredericksted! We love staying here because we drive all over the island and this is the best place to be based. You have a great swimming beach just down the beach from the condo- it may as well be right in front of your condo for how close it is. Drinking coffee every morning while gazing at Buck Island is amazing. The pool here is beautiful and so well-kept. The condo was so clean and so well-stocked. I couldn’t believe how well-stocked they kept it for us with soap, supplies etc.
And it was so much bigger than it looks in the photos! The pictures don’t really do it justice. The kids had their own shower. Washer and dryer in unit!
And did I mention the A/C?!? We were comfortable every day! On the rainy/windy days, we left the doors open and A/C off, and had a wonderful breeze blowing through the condo. The owner was so incredibly kind and responsive. We had no issues but any time I had a quick question, he responded immediately and helped out.
This condo would be perfect for anyone. It was perfect for us and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

My Granddaughter and i stayed at the Condo for 8 days. The Condo was fully stocked and clean. We truly enjoyed being right on the beach. We would love to go back there soon. David answered every question I had in a very timely manner. Thank you .

This was our first trip to St Croix. We are so glad we chose to stay at Sea Kissed, Cruzan Princess.
Dave is a fantastic host, very responsive to any questions we had, and was super helpful when we were on the way from the airport and thought we were lost. Lol turned out we were only two minutes away from the condo. Dave stayed on the phone with us while we turned around and navigated us back to where we were supposed to be.
If you are going to St Croix, do yourself a favor and book with Dave, and stay at a sea Kissed! Beach front, amazing view, great host, close to everything. You won’t regret it!

This is a beautiful condo right on the beach. From the balcony you can't see any other units just the ocean and beach. We felt like we were the only ones there. Amazing moonlight views. I loved the handmade bamboo furniture and overall decorating was beautiful. The A/C worked great, cool and quite (no noisy widow units). There were many extras like folding beach chairs, ice chests, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, flashlights/Lanters, board games, WiFi, Roku TV, DVDs, even a telescope. The pool was very nice and clean. I enjoyed lounging by the pool under the big palm trees. The beach was very clean and secluded and seaweed was not much of an issue like other places I've stayed. If you're brave, there is a small "calmer" area to snorkel between condo and beach bar (worth a look). If it sounds like I had a good time and I enjoyed the place....I did. Owner was very responsive to txts and emails, addressing every request quickly. All in all, no complaints.

The wife and I stayed here with our daughter and granddaughter for a week and were impressed with the location and how well stocked the condo was. We would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and extremely well provisioned condo that is minutes from just about anything that you would want to do on St. Croix. Very accessible beaches everywhere and a very nice pool to boot! We were very comfortable during our stay and found ourselves very sad to leave. Communication with the owner was quick, effective and accommodating; you could not ask for anything better!

We had a great time at this secluded oceanfront condo! Everything was as advertised and then some. The balcony is looking right over the water. Amazing views! Dave was a great communicator and reached out a couple times throughout our stay just to make sure all was well. Highly recommend this oceanfront condo.

Beautiful oceanfront condo - balcony provided outstanding sunrises each morning we were there. Dave is a great host - answered all our questions before arrival and stayed in touch during our visit. The condo is equipped with everything you might need. Maintenance folks kept the property pristine - the pool is lovely! The seaweed wasn't bad but a worker cleared it from the beach area often. The only drawback is the road system - potholes galore! And very few street signs. After a couple days we got our landmarks and got around pretty well in our rental car. A stay at Sea Kissed is very relaxing - thank you David Geeson!

The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Everything we needed was there. Walked the beach every morning and evening. If you have little ones there is a great place down the beach to sit in the water without the waves hitting you. Loved our stay!

This place was really nice and our communication with Dave was fantastic Along with all the basic necessities for the stay, we loved the thoughtfulness of all the extras around the condo, like scuba gear, fold up chairs, sunscreen, etc. The view of the sunrise from the balcony was terrific. The pool was always nice and the little beach next to the condo was a beautiful spot for watching the waves. The only downside in the condo was the water pressure in the shower which, when hot, was barely enough to wash hair in. All in all, a really nice stay for the whole family.

I will definitely hope to stay here again on a return visit to St. Croix. The location is great, very convenient to everything. The condo has everything you need for being there or going to the beach- there were beach chairs, coolers, noodles, beach towels, and even a beach bag in addition to the usual plates, glasses, and cookware. The linens were all very comfortable. I never used the pool (outdoors time was spent at Rainbow or Mermaid Beach or Sandcastle on the Beach) but my friends did and said it was great. I was working remotely and the internet was more than sufficient to meet my needs, which is no trivial thing as I conduct web trainings that suck up a lot of bandwidth. We did lose power twice in a two-week period but it was island-wide, not specific to the condo at all and to be expected when visiting the USVI. But the real star of the show is the amazing view and being so close to the ocean. Even though this was a work trip and I did have to be on the computer every day, it was still amazing because I was looking out at the most gorgeous views all day.

My fiance' and I went to St. Croix to visit some family living there. We wanted to stay right on the Ocean, and we did! We loved having our morning coffee sitting on the balcony, just taking it all in. At night, we sat and watched the beautiful constellation of stars. I even got to help direct a sea turtle hatchling to the sea (he was a little lost) The condo was very well-equipped with everything we needed and more! We really appreciated the extra coffee, cooking utensils, and of course, the in-unit washer and dryer. My fiance' is a swimmer and loved the crystal-clear fresh-water swimming pool. The only drawback, although this is probably true for most of the island, was that there was only one restaurant within walking distance (The Palms) We ate there a couple of times, basically for the convenience. Overall, very nice condo for anyone that loves staying on the ocean.

We loved our time at the Princesse Cruzan. The pool was AMAZING and the ocean view even better. We traveled with our 10 and 12 year old kids, who when not swimming at the pool, loved exploring the rocks/shells of the beach. The beach is not for swimming and accumulated some seaweed but this did not impact us as we were either at the pool, enjoying the balcony, or on the go exploring the many accessible beautiful beaches of St. Croix. The condo had everything we needed and we realized quickly that we overpacked. Check-in was super easy and Dave was easy to reach (though there was no negative reason to) and provided all needed information up front. Beds were comfortable, kids loved their own room and beds, and we enjoyed the added bonus of the telescope to check out Buck Island and Christiansted from the balcony. Plenty of towels, snorkeling gear, and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed a drink "on the house" from the lovely stocked bar which included local rums. The location was great and we enjoyed some meals at the Palms and quick trips to Christiansted. We did notice a mildew smell in the condo but nothing that would keep us from returning on our next trip to St. Croix.

View and sound bliss!
Wow! This place is amazing! You can’t beat the view! The sounds of the waves crashing was great. We opened all the windows and loved the breeze and sounds. The place was clean and perfect for our family of four. We basically had the pool to ourselves. Dave was amazing to work with. He was so accommodating about letting us stay late as we had travel issues. He had a great binder of information and lots of delicious local liquor. Thanks for the few cocktails. ☺️ The island was beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!!

St Croix Vacation
Absolutely gorgeous! Good communication from property owner made check-in very easy. Beautiful ocean view and easy access to beach. Quiet , laid back community. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown with lots of shops and restaurant choices. Only 20 minutes from the airport.
The condo was clean and well stocked with the basics. You can’t beat the view ❤️
Highly recommend and will stay there again if I ever get back to St Croix.

We loved staying here. Being woken up at 6am by a stunning sunrise over the ocean can't be beat (you can close the curtains if you want to sleep in). The location is close to many things. We traveled all over the island from Udall Point, Christiansted and Frederiksted. The condo pool is also very clean and delightful. It wasn't crowded at all and the kids had a ball. The condo itself is wonderful and just like the pics. The kitchen has the basics and all you would need. The listing is correct. The floors are very slippery when wet so be careful coming out the bath. We laid a towel down outside the bath and that solved that problem. The bathrooms are a good size. We fit a travel crib in the second bedroom by pushing the beds together. There is also ample beach towels. If you're into A/C, the main bedroom is well air conditioned (it's also really nice to sleep in the natural air because there is a breeze). One note is to do laundry in the daytime because the second bedroom gets a bit hot when the dryer is on. We just put the air on the living room and opened the door to the bedroom to solve that issue. I also loved the high ceilings. If you're into Instagram, the pink wall is really cute for pictures as a background :) Nothing topped hanging out in the deck, with the sound of the ocean and the beautiful view. Dave was very communicative with any issues and very helpful. We also found the house book helpful. We ordered Chinese. If you visit the island, definitely do snorkeling with Big Beard and ask for Riko. Best experience ever. Among the top 5 experiences of my entire life. We loved our stay in St. Croix. Incredible View
Great condo right over the ocean with an incredible view! The master king bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for all your needs. The location was great as it was close to a good restaurant, close to Christiansted, and not too far from the east or west end of island. The Palms restaurant just down the beach had great entertainment options each night. The Mocko Jumbie and Fire Dancers show was a must see! Dave was great to communicate with about any questions we had before and during our trip. Thanks for a wonderful week celebrating our 42nd anniversary!

To put it simply: this condo is amazing. This was our first trip to St. Croix, and we will definitely be back. The owner of this unit has created a perfect oasis central to the island and right on the edge of the beautiful ocean. Finding the condo was a breeze and accessing the unit was easy and straight forward.
The description of the condo is, if anything, understated. The view from inside is stunning and, from the balcony, breathtaking. The condo itself is spacious, clean, bright, and well laid out. Is it brand new, no... but that is not important. The owner did an amazing job creating a welcoming space with perfect character. The new windows keep the place nicely quiet at night for a restful sleep if you prefer to keep the windows closed. The ACs are new as well and do an amazing job in cooling and drying the inside space.
Access to downtown Christiansted is a short 15 minute drive, which gives you access to all the boardwalk eating and shopping. Other island activities are less than a 30 minutes drive away.
Be sure to take advantage of the complex's beach access and pool. The short beach walk to the Palm's Restaurant and Bar is definitely worth while.

Happy we found Sea Kissed
The condo was exactly as David described it. You could not ask for a better location right on the water. David made the whole experience easy with advanced detailed instructions. He is a great host, very responsive. The condo is perfectly stocked. We had everything we needed without excess clutter, which we have found in other rentals. In short, a reasonably priced, centrally located pleasant place from which to enjoy the beauty of St Croix.

This condo was perfect for our week stay on the island. David was very response to emails and questions, before we got there. The condo is the pictures. The view from the balcony every morning was the best to wake up and great for sunsets. We took daily walks on the beach and enjoyed the pool as well. We would return to his condo any time coming back to the island without a doubt. Kitchen had just enough to keep us covered for cooking a few meals for dinner when we didn’t go out. No issues with internet. David was even able to accommodate us with an extra night when our original flight got cancelled. We were lucky we had friends on the island but you would definitely need a car to get around if staying here. Amazing stay for our group of 4 adults.

This condo was perfect for our week stay on the island. David was very response to emails and questions, before we got there. The condo is the pictures. The view from the balcony every morning was the best to wake up and great for sunsets. We took daily walks on the beach and enjoyed the pool as well. We would return to his condo any time coming back to the island without a doubt. Kitchen had just enough to keep us covered for cooking a few meals for dinner when we didn’t go out. No issues with internet. David was even able to accommodate us with an extra night when our original flight got cancelled. We were lucky we had friends on the island but you would definitely need a car to get around if staying here. Amazing stay for our group of 4 adults.

Sweet little spot right on the beach
The perfect place for our family getaway. Owner was attentive and the place was right on the beach. While we didn’t feel comfortable swimming at that beach (lots of seaweed, rocky and sea urchins) we visited the pool everyday and pretty much had it to ourselves. The place is also centrally located so it was a great starting point for our island explorations.
