Everything was excellent. The pool is big and never crowded. The beach is just a few stairs away. I did my morning 40 min run on the outdoors gym machine while enjoying the quiet and fresh breeze at 6.30 AM. The food was exceptional and even for a vegan like me there was a choice. The staff is friendly and helpful.. The kids can run and play freely on the playgrounds and lawn. The price is high but it is worth it. This was our second year in a row we were visiting and maybe we shall come again.

The practice to "book' long chairs by leaving the towels overnight.

The location, the garden, the pool. The marvelous view to the sea from the garden. The variety of food to satisfy all tastes in our family. I am vegan and I had a choice too. For breakfast I loved the fruit salad, which I topped with variety raw nuts. The pool is quite big and my husband was able to polish his butterfly style there. The sea was calm and clean. One day it threw out algae and brought some quite big jellyfish, but all the more interesting for the kids. 10 min waking there is a quay where a boat to the old Nessebar leaves 4 times a day. Wonderful 30 min trip to enjoy the unique atmosphere, souvenir shops, and small restaurants.

Our apartment was on the first floor and the pine trees in front were so tall that they kept us in shade and blocked the sea view, which our room was advertised to have.

In 4 days we didn't get cleaning, didn't took out garbage.

We have visited the hotel for 4 nights with my husband and my parents. We have booked the appartment throuth the Booking.com. Apart from the Apartment smells / Probaly from the previous guests or from the bathroom - which was smells very bad all over our stay, everything else was good. We were in Prestige which is 3stars hotel, but our meals were in the other hotel not too far from this/ 2 min by walk/ Free parking- which is one of the advantages of the hotel Food- plenty of different flavours and tastes / we loved the asian dinner with many of different sea food collections/

Fullboard was 5/5, so much options and they change everyday, if you want to eat for example healthy it is possible here. Fullboard definetely made my holiday better. Hotel or aparthotel which this is called was located not too far from crowded sunny beach but enough far for me. I dont like the sardines in the can feeling which I think is happening on sunny beach. Quiet in the night.

GYM could be bigger and equipment should more because the exercise room is very small. There is smith rack, multirope machine, dumbells until 16kg. And kettlebells 8kg, 18kg, 2 bicycles and one running mat. Lets say absolute max 4people same time and there is one too much.

Meals are good. Alcohol isn’t included but you can byob bring your own booze. Food is served at privilege hotel which is 200m walking from prestige. Prestige is quieter and less noisy than premiere

The bed wasn’t very comfy. Also the first days we found some ants near the kitchen.

Everything, the view, the meals, the staff. It was perfect! Thank you very much!
