Is a very clean and comfortable hotel, great rooms and excelent bar. The best part is that they are pet friendly. Very good hotel, highly recommended.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was good and we enjoyed all the meals we had at the hotel.

The hotel is in the centre of the town so a perfect location. The hotel is an exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Couples trip with our dog. We would stay again for how friendly they were towards our pup, received a dog goodie bowl upon arrival. Dog per night was £15 Would have been 5/5 if breakfast was two of each for the full English (was 1 sausage, 1 bacon) which we thought was a little expensive at £12 each, but did taste nice. Our pup was given a sausage for breakfast too. And a few stray cobwebs above the bed otherwise was clean elsewhere. Would recommend the hotel to have a ‘dog blanket’ for beds knowing we’re bringing a dog, as bedding was classic white, we went and brought a big blanket to keep the sheets clean.

Lovely stay would definitely return, friendly staff. Room a little small but for the price it was very good.

Only one plug in the room, no good when you have to charge up a couple of devices.

The hotel had a good bar and sofa lounge area. Staff were extremely helpful.

Parking facilities were limited. Bathroom in room was like a cupboard. Not big enough even for a hotel of this size and scale.

Parking is first in first served and can be difficult, but there is parking on the premises. Our bathroom had a strong very unpleasant smell even though it was spotless. We mentioned this to the staff on our checkout.

The hotel was in perfect location for a stop before hiking Snowdon! Bit disappointed we couldn’t eat there on Sunday evening but we went to Hang in Pizzeria Bed very comfy and room clean

beautiful property obviously going through some improvements & decoration - lovely location / I enjoyed my evening meal - the shower was great - my room was warm

the public areas the lounge & bar area were very cold & the pillows were lumpy - my room was at the back of the property overlooking the car park & the smoke pluming out of a vent - but it wasn’t supposed to be a luxury night for me - I had to stay over while I was working nearby & it was very reasonable
