the shower was frustrating. the hot water still hadn’t started to run after 15mins

so central and right on the river which was beautiful. facilities were clean and staff very helpful and friendly.

Perfectly located, easy stroll into town shops, the ocean boardwalk, the modern bowling club for dinner.

Tap leaked but nothing a closed door wouldn't fix! The staff will also fix it.

Unit was renovated recently

No communication. Attempted several times to contact the property to review our booking after a natural disaster. Calls weren’t returned. Drove there to pay over rated fees. 3.5 star $323 for the night.

the room is clean and nice, location is very good, nice pool and the lake view is nice as well convenient to the restaurants. staff is very friendly, and we had good experiences.

-The room was not cleaned for the 3 night stay. we were given Covid as the reason which was a cope out. -Had to ask for clean towels. -Had to ask for a mop to clean the floor because the Lino was gross after going to the beach. -I wiped everything with wipes on arrival and it was gross. -The power shorted due to the toaster. -Because the room was not cleaned the rubbish bin smelled so I emptied it and the cupboard where it as stored was not clean, I had to wipe it out. -Fly screen in bathroom gross. -I just felt uncomfortable with the hygiene side of the stay. -The sliding door to the balcony is old and I didn’t use the balcony on sunrise because I would have woke everyone staying there.

Very convenient to everything. We’ll refurbished motel.
