This lodge is really nice. Perfectly located, near to the jungle and near to the city center. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Our room was clean and comfy with gorgeous view. to the river. If you are lucky, you can see the sloths from your balcony :).

The electrical plugs in the room were in very bad condition and it was literally not possible to plug - in.

The location was good.

The bathroom was mouldy, food at the restaurant was poor, hot water was very hot and miss so had more cold showers than warm.

the jungle is woven into the layout of the property and gives it a peaceful nature vibe for being in the busy town of puerto

sometimes the city is loud as it has a lot of clubs, and the sound travels to the hotel. it isn’t their fault of course, the clubs are hard to escape

good views, friendly staff, good location.

Shower door not closing properly, mold in the shower door, old furniture, rooms not ready at promised check-in, no breakfast, no elevator (but bellboys help us with our bags)

The location was great, looking out across the river and there was a sloth by my room. Bar and restaurant next door which was handy.

The hotel is incredibly run down and nothing as shown in the pictures. Not only was the hotel and my room run down and much in need of tlc, my room in the evening became full of insects. Avoid room 1004!! After falling asleep, I woke shortly at 1am with insets all over the walls and floor despite the windows being shut and curtains closed - bugs were landing on me and it was unsleepable. I went down at 1am and spoke to the security guard, but all he could do was come to my room and sweep up the dead insects- there was no alternative room or mosquito net available. I wanted to complain about it the next morning when I checked out, but the receptionist at the time unfortunately didn’t speak English. No breakfast was included in rate and checkin was half 10.
