The hotel is a nice building.

No towels in the bathroom. No amenities or toilet paper. No water in the room, you have to buy it. Slow check in with no AC in that hot weather. The staff hardly helped with our needs.

Variety of breakfast choice. Staff very friendly and caring.

I had a very pleasant time in that hotel. I never did see such a helpful and friendly and attentive staff. The guys there did really make me feel like at home and did help me with everything. The Location of the hotel is very good. All you need you find directly arround the Hotel. Pool, sauna etc. also give you some relaxation, when you want. Thank you guys. It was amazing to stay there during my time in Cúcuta. I Hope I will be back soon.

The hotel is very dirty

They got nice pool. weather on Cucuta was very hot and pool was very necessary during my stay in cucuta. I order a drink from hotel pool. it was not too bad. it was much better than hotel food. bed was big and comfortable. they got refrigerator in the room. lobby looks nice. there is security guard/doorman at the hotel during night. hotel staff member were very nice. many are very friendly. Hotel is located in central, during day time there are many activities and many seller on the street. For me hotel highlight was pool, if this hotel did not have a nice pool. i will probably gone to other hotel.

room was small and bathroom was smaller. hot water was very hard to control in the shower. sink does not have hot water but rather warm water. towel was fairly old. hotel area can be dangerous during night time. hotel is located in central. breakfast has very limited choice. hotel restaurant food was not good and average at best. For the price of the food i could not recommend hotel food. Hallway light activated by motion sensor and does not work well and you will be walking total dark hallway for few second before light comes on. i almost fell down few time. this is law sue waiting to happen. they need to fix this before someone get badly hard. Room light is activated by room key. you take room key with you and all the light goes off, including air conditioner . so you will be coming back to hot room. room is air condition but rest of hotel is not, so it get very hot inside the hotel.

Hotel pool was nice. hotel staff was nice and friendly. lobby looks nice. there is many shopping around the hotel. air conditioner work well. room has refrigerator.

hotel area can be very dangerous during night time, as this hotel is located in central area. not much restaurant option around the hotel. there is many cheap eat restaurants but almost no upscale restaurant around the hotel. food in the hotel was not good. for the price of the food they charge in hotel. i will avoid hotel food. bathroom was very small and room was small size compare to other hotel in the area. towel was old. hallway is very dark and you will be walking totally blind for few second before night comes one. hotel is not air conditioned so hotel get very hot during day.
