Os quartos são muito confortáveis, o café da manhã é bom e o lugar é silencioso. O pessoal do atendimento, são gentis e educados. Há piscina para aproveitar em dias quentes, o ambiente é limpissimo. Muita gentileza do pessoal em deixar avisos sobre a água de bonito. Eu amei ficar hospedada no HI Hostel, com certeza voltarei para aproveitar próximas aventuras em bonito.

Senti falta de opções com queijo no café da manhã, por exemplo pão de queijo ou chipa. Junto comigo, viajava uma amiga que tinha intolerância a lactose, alergia a glúten etc, e havia poucas opções veganas ou para alérgicos a glutén. Minha sugestão é, quando formos realizar uma reserva colocar uma opção de restrição alimentar e pedir sugestão de café da manhã para essas pessoas com restrições alimentares, seria legal !!

It is a good place to stay in Bonito, it has a nice pool and good breakfast. The front desk has also a tour company where you can book your tours.

I didn't like that the hostel doesn't promote activities to engage the travelers. It is not a good place for solo travelers if you want to meet people or join a group for the tours, for example.

The staff are very helpful

There is not kitchen you can use. You can’t cook. Very disappointed by that. Also In the girls' dormitory, the toilet board is broken and hurts when you sit down. It wouldn't be a luxury to change it, especially in a girls' toilet. Also given that it is called Hostelling International. They could at least speak a little bit of English or Spanish.

The staff was amazingly helpfull here. Especially Irla was very genuine and helping with picking out the right tours to book. Can be difficult to communicate in English. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but enough choice. Pool was nice and clean

Staff was really helpfull with all the tours, and would always pretty attentive with everything we asked. Room was good and spacious. A good point of the breakfast is its duration, enabling you to it before early tours.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable with pool,, games and other options. The breakfast hours are great and begin (6:30) much earlier than in other facilities :)

Unfortunately no vegan options on the menu and no option in the evening to eat at the Hostel. .

Great place in Bonito, staff are so helpful organising everything from excursions to taxis. A little bit further out from the centre of town, but it makes up for that by being better value for money.

the breakfast they provide is really fantastic, but there is no kitchen or even fridge for guest use which was surprising for a hostel. food in the town is pretty expensive and not great, so it was unfortunate to not be able to cook or even just have fruit or refrigerated items.

Rooms were clean. Free towel was nice. Pool was clean.

Staff don't speak English which is fine but it shouldn't be advertised that they do. The booking of tours from them wasn't helpful and they were unable to find tours for us on two days but another external tour agency managed to find something. When asked to book a tour I was sent a very long PDF rather than having a chat with someone about the options available. We booked a bus to the airport through the hostel and, we weren't given a ticket and lead to a lot of confusion at the bus terminal.

Nothing. If you have a group of people try using the app or find on Facebook EcoDrivers it’s the Uber of Bonito.

They cleaned the dorm every 3 days, needs to be every day. So many rules. So far from anything. Kitchen is not for guests. The dorm door didn’t close and was open to the parking lot. Tours don’t include transfer. They will sell you an entry ticket but then have no way to get there because transfers are all booked up. Everything was super expensive with lack of customer service.

Facilities are lovely. And the only girl that speaks English from the staff was super helpful when I wanted to book a tour.

There is just one lovely person from the staff that speaks English, no one else did and communication was super hard. I think of its an international hostel, they should consider it...

Very good breakfast included for that price, it’s excellent. It’s very convenient that they offer tours from the hostel. Beds are comfortable, huge lockers!! Pool was clean.

To the center it’s a bit of a walk, but for the tours it’s okay, because they pick you up from the hostel. The staff doesn’t really speak english

The location is far from the center. The Wifi connection was bad and the stuff didn't speak a single word in English

Lovely spacious room, great pool and wonderful tour agency provided by those at reception.

Kitchen staff (apart from the chef in the evening who was great) were unwelcoming and unfriendly. We were not given a tour of the property on arrival so never understood what cooking facilities we could/could not use. The kitchen is closed everyday until 3pm and was closed completely one day with no warning so all our food stored in the fridge was unreachable. Definitely more suited to families than young backpackers.
