Great facilities and great choice!

Maybe breakfast could have had a bit more choices

Fabulous location, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and plenty of toiletries.

Breakfast room is crowded at peak times. Hotel not especially flexible about late checkout.

the Ascott Residences provide decent apartments with full household equipment in close proximity to Guangzhou's major sites. The room layout is nice and provides privacy and sound insulation. Beds are comfortable.

The room is aged, sofas threaded and little things worn out. The kettle was leaking water which was a bit dangerous (but was replaced after some explanation). The main issue was cleanliness: the room was dusty and we had to re-do the washing up of the dishes after the cleaning staff took care of it, there were bits of food still sticking to the dishes. The breakfast was not up to the standard of the price tag - limited options, the room noisy and tables were not cleared quickly (management needs to dedicate more attention to detail). The general breakfast room atmosphere was that of a 2 star hotel only and a disappointment.

The hotel is near the metro station. Very sophisticated facilities. Very big apartment.

The hotel staff is not very responsive. Room price is a bit high.
