Clean and spacious room

Again here I was offered a choice of two rooms when I arrived. I chose the first without even looking at the other. Had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable and restful. The staff were outstanding, especially the lady who first greeted me and then the following day helped me repair my spectacles - worn out from too much sightseeing. Grazie mille!
Would certainly return again.

Our room was large and comfortable.
Host was good and was available when we had questions.
The location was not great for us. We didn’t find there were a lot of dining choices within walking distance. It was about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre.

Guiseppe was an amazing host and went out of his way to help us out. Their restaurant downstairs is also really great (Gesu Cristo)!

It was clean and ok, and the owner was helpful. Restaurant downstairs (recommended) - absolutely perfect.
It has lots of tea bags, but not a kettle to boil water to make tea.

When waking up in the morning it was beautiful to hear the birds from the square below singing in the trees. Location is quite close to the center and opposite of Lidl which was helpful to us. Nice and reliable host, also clean and quite big apartment.

In case you visit Tarento - Nonna Maria is definitely a good choice. Friendly, very clean, good location to explore the city...We enjoyed our stay!

The air conditioner was very stable and strong which is exactly what you need in time of the year.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the housekeeper. She was super sweet. My room wasn’t ready, they were still cleaning it, so I had to wait about 15 minutes (not a problem). The room was spotless clean, and everyone was very nice. Giuseppe (the owner) was super friendly and you can tell he enjoys hosting people.
One minor thing I would say, the coffee machine wasn’t working. But everything else was exceptional.

Ok its 2020 🙈, but we had breakfest any way. As a place its fine and in city - cant say very turistical part, but we love to walk and it was easy to get everywhere from this place. Thanks!

Good location to sleep during travel between Puglia and Calabria.
Poor communication with the owner - time for response, lack of answers for questions.
The only one person in the hotel in Italy not using mask in covid-19.
Not comfortable beds for the older kids.
Very loudly in the room with old windows without any insulation - noise in the night.
The only one hotel during holidays in Italy with only packed not tasty food on breakfast.
