Great location, excellent value for money. Breakfast was great. Laundry was done quickly and smelt lovely after!

The room was huge & bright and airy, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was tasty with good options. The family who run the guesthouse were so kind & helpful, they helped us with laundry and gave us advice for onward travel and overall we’re lovely people.

We loved everything - such good value for money considering the price, you really get bang for your buck.

We stayed here before and the second time still liked it very much! The owner and his family are so friendly, the breakfast every morning is very well with lots of fresh fruits and free juice/coffee. Water refill provided and very well equipped, spacious and bright room.

The wifi is sometimes a bit weak on the first floor.

Location was very good. Staff were really friendly and helped us with onward travel. The rooms were really spacious and cleaned daily with two bottles of water put in your room everyday, which is a lovely touch.

Breakfast options aren’t great, it’s just different eggs with the same bread. We did have an issue with our aircon but they switched our rooms out so it was fine.

A lovely Guesthouse in an excellent location. Walking distance to everything. We had a room on the top floor so also had a view from our windows. The family who run it are fantastic and incredibly helpful especially when booking tours and train tickets.

Super kind and reliable owners, tasty breakfast prepared in 5 minutes. Laundry service was also fast (returned washed in 10 hours). Good location.

Sometimes a bit noisy surroundings from the nearby bars (not an issue caused by the guesthouse, of course) - this problem only lasts until midnight.

The owner is very friendly, flexible and accommodating. Helps to arrange for tours and transport. He even exchanges currency with me at a fair rate.

The location was great, the room where spotless, they cleaned the rooms daily and changed the towels. Breakfast was cooked to order, many choices of egg. Also helped us booked train tickets and tours. Very friendly and also there if you needed anything!

Nice, big, clean rooms! Very comfortable beds. New towels everyday and you get cleaning also if you want everyday. Good wifi. Nice breakfast including; eggs, bread, fresh fruits, coffee/tea, juice/smoothie. Location is good, near restaurant and bars. You can hear a music from bars but they stop at midnight. Didn't bother us. Owners were super friendly and helpful with everything. They booked us train tickets very fast. Also possible to book lots of day trips from hotel. Laundry service. We liked our staying a lot!

It was a large room with clean bathroom. Good location in the middle of the center. There was also good wifi. Owner speaks some english, which is helpful. He could also arrange a bus to Vientiane for us.

Shower was not really nice, water strength constantly changed, but was not a big issue for us. It was also not possible to arrange motorbikes via the hotel. We saved 100,000 kip by arranging our bus ticket from Ventiane to Thakhek ourselves.

Family running this guesthouse are great. Helped us book day trips and onward travel, as well as doing laundry for us. They also provide free breakfast every morning. The room was a really good size and bed was comfortable. Couldn't ask for much more at the price paid.

It wasn't in the description, but there is always free breakfast, and it's quite good with lots of fresh fruit, eggs, toast with jam, etc. The hosts are a really nice family, and we felt very welcome! Our room was large and had an amazing view of the mountains!

The tours they had flyers for were a bit more expensive than the same ones from other tour agencies in Vang Vieng
