החדר גדול מאוד עם 2 חלונות גדולים שניתן להשקיף מהם על האגם,נוף מקסים,אוירה רגועה,משרה שלווה,חצר גדולה שניתן לשבת בה על הנדנדה ולהנות מהשקט ומהיופי שהאגם והטבע סביבו מעניקים.

חסר רשתות לחלונות נגד חרקים מעופפים ,ניקיון החדר לוקה בחסר- קורי עכביש בפתחי החלונות הגדולים וגם בפינות הקירות ובתקרת החדר. יש בר במטבח- חסרים כסאות גבוהים לשבת לידו ולאכול.היה רצוי שחומרי ופריטי הניקיון במטבח יהיו חדשים ולא משומשים.חסר היה סכין נוח לחיתוך ירקות.היה מומלץ שקפה,תה וסוכר- יהיו טריים ולא שאריות פתוחות.חסר היה מייבש שיער במקלחת.חסרה מגבת לניגוב הרגליים במקלחת.היה רצוי שיוצעו מוצרי טיפוח חדשים ולא שאריות במיכלים שאחרים כבר השתמשו בהם.

Krásná historická a dobře zrekonstruovaná vila, krásný výhled na vodní hladinu rybníka, blízkost centra, dobré vybavení, naprosté ticho, příjemný a ochotný hostitel. Výborné parkování v areálu vily.

The local town is obviously one of the little pearls in the province of the Czech Republic. Wonderful restaurants offering typical local specialties at reasonable price are available in and around the center. Don't miss the two restaurants in the Štítného street and the other one under the Castle by the river. All kind of shops are also available. No crowds of tourists (probably not yet). The property is situated in the middle between the downtown and the pretty good local Aqua-park (also the hypermarkets Kaufland and Albert are right beside the Aqua-park). The host family is very kind and obliging. The rooms are spacious and the parking area large enough. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen-box (in our case there was everything needed for a normal kitchen). We didn't order any breakfast. Allegedly such is available on request. You can arrange that with the host. They speak English and German well enough. Internet perfect. We were delighted from Apartmány Šetkova vila and the host family. It was our first visit there, but certainly not the last one. We found what we needed and we appreciate your hospitality. See you again.

Super location. Close to the center and overlooking the lake. The presence of a recreation area and a barbecue directly on the lake. Private free parking

Helpful owner, was able to park car & check in early, large clean room with a fantastic view of the lake, large garden with facilities to use like bbq, fuzz ball table, seating outside and use of paddle board or/and canoe. Wifi good and 5 min walk to town.

The location on the lake is beautiful and there are a good amount of activities in the game room/dining room like pool, ping pong, darts. They also have a a small boat and a stand up paddleboard to take out on the lake. The kitchenette was pretty well stocked and the water temperature and pressure was good in the shower.
