I received one of the most friendly receptions I have ever enjoyed at a guest house, as the owners prefer to call it. They regard their residents as guests and treat them as such. They are exceptionally hospitable. Everything was excellent.

Beautiful property and really thoughtful service

The chateau was beautiful and retains many original features. The hosts were very hospitable and the breakfast was amazing. The pool is fantastic too.

The location was a little strange. It was almost in the middle of a shopping village. However as the grounds of the chateau were large you didn’t feel overlooked.

Beautiful old chateau with amazing features set in beautiful grounds with swimming pool and tennis courts available. Pascale was very accommodating and friendly, the breakfast was really generous and tasty. We would definitely stay again as location is great as a stop over if you were driving to s france or Spain

Breakfast was very nice, and set in a nice room. The bedrooms are beautiful and the Chateau itself is an amazing building with a great garden, pool area and tennis court. We requested a baby bed and this was provided by the owner together with a changing pillow which was appreciated.

The Chateau grounds are lovely but on the other side of the fence and road are large supermarkets, fast food and commercial precincts which detracts a little from the ambience. After staying for 6 nights, many basic requirements were not met, such as replacing toilet paper, emptying bins in the room, offering to replace towels or bed sheets, which are all fundamental aspects of staying in a hotel or B&B. When some of these requests were made to the owner, we were made to feel as though we were asking for too much!!

Fantastic hotel, i really liked the style, the cleanliness and comfort. The owners were very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was super.

I would have liked a bit better (stronger) internet

The most wonderful hosts you could ever wish to meet. Beautiful old building, beautifully furnished and the rooms were spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was very local and of excellent quality served in a beautiful setting. We now wish we could have stayed longer to explore the local area and spend more time with the hostess to hear more about her wonderful house. A great experience and we will try to go back at sometime in the future.

No negatives about the chateau or indeed the hosts. My only negative, is that if you stay on a Sunday night as we did, there are very limited options for a good evening meal.
