Our family had a wonderful vacation in this spacious house with a spectacular view of the ocean from the spacious rooftop deck. Very clean and nicely decorated home. Lots of beach toys for children and bikes for adults. The beach was quiet and not crowded even on the weekend.Short walk to the farmer's market and harbor. Grocery stores about a mile away so we didn't have to bring much from home.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Tuscan Villa. The location was perfect, the house was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, toys, kitchen tools, etc. Everything you could think of for an excellent trip! Highly recommended. My only issue is with check in/check out. I know it's the way of the world these days, but when you're paying $1,100+ per night, it would be nice to have a full day. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am and they charge $50 for every hour if you request late check out. That said, the property itself is great.

We enjoy the home that we were renting on the beach. We loved the view from the living room and also the rooftop deck. The solitude of the beach area was relaxing. Watching the travel of the boats and the Channel Islands appearing & disappearing was fascinating.

We had an amazing week in this cozy Tuscan Villa! This was our 4th time renting it! The only complaints I have are that the bar refrigerator does not work and there are ants in the pantry! Everything else was awesome! We made some beautiful family memories! Thank you!♥️

A relaxing way to start the summer for eight, exhausted teachers. It’s the little things that make this home so special, like soft and cozy sheets and towels. The view is amazing and the coffee table is perfect for a 2000 piece puzzle. It’s our third trip to this wonderful home and I’m sure we will be back!

This is the 4th year our family has stayed in the Tuscan Villa and once again it was a magical week. The house and amenities are just perfect for our family vacation. Having a week with your kids and grandkids in a huge sandbox is just perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with all your need to cook family style meals and you cant go wrong with a variety of coffee pots to choose from. This year we were delighted to sleep on the new mattress in downstairs guest room. Thank you for making that happen. Now if only the house was in a time warp-- slowing down the days... so they felt like weeks... we look forward to next summer's visit and memories.

The house we really nicely appointed. The 3 different levels let our large group have some privacy. The roof top deck had spectacular views. They supplied extra blankets, sheets, pillows, beach towels and beach chairs. There was a BBQ though we did not use it.Its location @ Hollywood Beach is perfect as there are very few people at that section of the beach. a few days we had the beach to ourselves. The elevator shown in the picture was off-limits so that was disappointing as we had a person in our group with mobility issues. Overall loved the location and house and will be back again.

We had a family reunion and rented two houses. This one was fabulous for entertaining and we held all of our get togethers here. A few issues like ants in pantry and broken thermostat, but our agent took care of them immediately. Liz was fantastic. Our biggest problem was the weather. Rain, cold, and wind several days. The house was a cozy haven.

My family and I had a wonderful time in the Tuscan villa! It provided a lot of room so we could all cuddle by the fire place, relax, laugh and watch movies at night! The balcony was amazing! We all sat out and watched the sun set every evening!! The only thing I recommend is that they put some sort of curtain, or shades up on the big windows that look out to the beach!The brightness of the sun was super intense during the early evenings!Other than that it was a beautiful memory I was able to have with my family!

We have been using this company to rent beach houses for over 20 years. This house was no exception to the wonderfulness we have experienced during that time. There were some problems, but we had prompt service from Courtney to deal with the broken curtains, no hot water, stained comforters, and the ants. Things were resolved and we had a wonderful time.

This was our second time staying in Oxnard, though the first time at this property, it is a great area. The house was lovely, can't beat the views every day staying right on the beach. Elevator (though the light didn't work, even after replacing the bulb) was key for us, as we had a family member who was recovering from a broken bone. We'd definitely stay there again!

Had our annual "one week at the beach" with our family. We choose a different property in Oxnard each year. But, this was a particularly enjoyable. My husband has some disabilities and difficulty walking. This was a 3 story home with an elevator that made it so easy for my husband to more fully participate in family activities.

Have rented various homes over the years for vacations and this was the best one ever! Everything is here at the house from kitchen stuff to all the beach toys ie., boogie boards, kayaks, beach towels, bicycles, games & etc. Unlike most So, California beachs not many outside vistors on this beach, probably do to lack of parking for non staying folks, which makes for not alot of people, which is great! The condition of most everything in home is great and all in working order. The management was more than helpful & respondsive when we did have questions. Also great location to restaurants & other.

Outstanding house. Beautiful inside and out. Great decks with lots of comfortable furniture . Can see see forever from the third floor deck. Loved watching our granddaughter jumping the waves. One day the dolphins were so close while we were in the water. The sunsets were amazing. This house is right on the sand....perfect!

ReMax Gold Coast -Andrea to be specific - left nothing to be desired for in providing this magnificent beach home for us for 10 days to act as "wedding Central" when my entire family (4 children, their partners and 10 grandchildren) came from Australia to celebrate their youngest sibling's wedding in nearby Camarillo!The other beachfront houses we rented for my children and their families were lovely but the Tuscan Villa had it all for my wife and I as we we able to use its full range of quality features to entertain. People from all over the world popped in as part of the "opening and closing" ceremonies of the wonderful occasion. The kitchen had every possible feature, the beds and the pillows were as good as I have at home ( we live on the beach in Australia so we set the bar VERY high!)We loved the lift that took our luggage all the way to our "penthouse" suite and were gobsmacked at how the Newmans had left all of their supplies to use including al the "toys" of the beach! The weather was superb, the neighbours were friendly and I got to know many of the staff at Ralph's!All in all, the best holiday home EVER! Why doesn't the survey allow for 6 stars????One small thing - perhaps a detailed set of instructions on how to operate the TV, the tuner and the cable system with its full list of cable channels as well as the coffee machine - because we unable to take full advantage of these fine pieces of latest technology!!And once again, I can't speak highly enough of Andrea from ReMax - what a fantastic can-do customer service approach she has! We have a new friend for life!

Just for some internet issues, our overall experience was tremendous. I really appreciated the hands on detail the office and the owner of the property took in making sure we were enjoying our stay. This is a beautifully maintained home on a wonderful beach. Fully stocked with anything you may need or want. The elevator was a plus for our guest that have difficulty with stairs and for transporting our luggage when we arrived. We have used re/max Gold coast twice for rentals and the staff is very courteous, and were helpful with any questions prior to our visit.

Beautiful - the pictures are exactly what you get. From the master suite with endless views surrounded by glass to block the wind, to the industrial kitchen and spacious living area to the first floor deck and bedrooms. The views, the home, the amenities are worth every cent.

Overall we loved the house. We travel to this area every year and rent a beach house. The view from the house is great, beach was never crowded. The amenities that came with house, ie: boogie boards, bicycles, etc.. were nice. Our only complaint would be that the house needs some maintenance performed on it. One of the reasons we rented this house was for the kitchen. We enjoy cooking when we are at the beach and the kitchen looked amazing. The second night we were there we went to use the oven on the range and it would not ignite. The oven would fill with gas. Luckily there was a second oven in the kitchen.The exhaust hood was inoperable as well. The blower and lights would not turn on. The trash bin in the cabinet would fall out when you pulled it out on the drawer slides. When we noticed the oven did not work we contacted Liz at Remax and she was incredible to deal. She had a service company out the next day to try and repair the oven. The repair was to extensive and parts were not readily available. The repair couldn’t be completed at the time of our stay. They said the repairs would be completed after we left. Not sure if the owners were aware of the issues but at this price point, as a guest, you expect everything to be in working order. I would gladly rent this house again if the above mentioned issues were repaired.
