So clean and office open later than usual times. Also a Restaurant attached that we could book as we were travelling after Medical appointments and not an early check in.
Huge traffic on Coronation Drive out of Brisbane and Coachman's adjusted our check in and Restaurant booking for us with a simple phone call.
Great place in Warwick and I doubt I will stay anywhere else (unless they are booked out when I ring them)

Rooms was comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room to park my car with trailer. Dinner at Rupert’s Bar and Grill was excellent. Breakfast also was very good.

Not a lot
It was incredibly overpriced. Obviously someone had tried to break into this room previously as the door lock had clearly been damaged. It was difficult to open the door with the key as the key barrel kept turning and it took me forever to open the door. Other guests were looking at me as I am sure they thought I was trying to break in. Very poor considering I payed $217 for this room

The bed was ok, but could have been a bit better.

We came for a wedding and stayed for two nights. The room was large and comfortable even with 5 people in one room. Bathroom was lovely with a huge spa and shower. The beds were fantastic, especially after a full day and night of celebrating with family and friends.

Late checking in was really great.
There were some issues with booking.com not changing my dates on Coachmanns end, then a weird situation with a booking being made on Coachmanns website when I didn't book on their website, which was a bit of an uncomfortable phone call.

Quick conveinent check in. Helpful and happy to see us. Room was clean and tidy, well presented and added bonus of spa bath. Beds comfy and a quiet area. The children enjoyed a quick dip in the pool.
Nothing negative about this place, we were all very happy.

I should have asked for ground floor rooms (my bad) when I booked. Staff were extra helpful when they couldn’t shift us. Restaurant was nice but very expensive!

In house room service and restaurant provided excellent food, but a bit on the pricey side.
Beautiful country township with historic buildings.
Surrounded by fantastic National Parks.
