朝食がとても良かった。一階のカフェもとても良かった。

部屋のインテリアが少し粗末だったと思う。

新横浜駅から歩いてすぐで、観光するのにとても便利だった。また、飲食店やコンビニやドラッグストアも歩いて1〜2分の所にあり食事やちょっとした買い物をするのにも大変便利だった。 エレベーター横の自販機の所に、製氷機と紙コップが無料で置いてあり、暑かったので冷たいものを飲む時にとても良かった。

部屋の電気のボタンが一つ取れて無くなっていて点灯が不便だったこと。また電気の点灯調節機能がついて無かったこと。 お風呂のドア等に服を掛けるものがないので、あるとシャワーを浴びる時等に便利だなと思った。

スタッフの対応がとても良かった。部屋も広いものにアップグレードしてくれた。

禁煙室なのにユニットの洗面トイレ浴室だけタバコの臭いが強く、入るたびに気持ち悪くなった。

施設がキレイ。快適。

The location

Limited English speaking staffs

This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many hotels all over Japan. The location next to Shin-Yokohama Station really can't be beat. A block away was a free bus to go to Ikea which I totally enjoyed. There was also a lot of really good places to eat within seconds of the hotel. The staff was great and I would consider the room I had to to be massive compared to the size of most hotels I stay at in Japan.

I loved it all. This place was fantastic and I am honestly thinking of staying here more often of the opportunity presents itself. I travel to Japan a lot but rarely to Yokohama. This might have to change.

very near to Shin-Yokohama station, clearn, good wifi, stay overall okay and better as some other hotels in same place nearby that I have also tried in past years. not expensive and therefore good value for money.

englsih skills of staff are not the best, some employees are okay for minimum communication required, some no skills, but in the end it was ok to manage the few necessary things for a short stay

We liked the location and the room was more space than expected. We will come back again!
