Staff could not have been nicer. The air conditioning was on the blink whilst we were there, but it was not a game changer and they were very nice about it. Location is fantastic and the place has a little charm of its own. Would happily stay again if in Arcachon.

Matthew and the staff were exemplary hosts, the hotel and property are beautiful and very clean and well kept, the breakfast is excellent. We loved our stay here and recommend it highly. It is a 15 minute walk to the hotel from Gare Arcachon and 10 minutes from the hotel to the beach. Great property, great experience. Recommend highly!

The staff was very welcoming and keen to ensure our stay was pleasant.

-There was no shampoo in the bathroom, just hand soap.

wonderfully decorated with a fantastic location and really friendly staff. Laura on reception was particularly friendly and helpful.

the mini bar fridge wasn’t working which was annoying as it was hot. But that was the only gripe.

The staff here are wonderful. It is very central and very comfortable.

The ensuite facilities are a little cramped.

The unique and colourful decor and artefacts, local to beach,shops and restuarants. Room was their small one but stunning and designed well to feel spacious enough for 2 nights stay. Breakfast on the balcony was a special treat.

Kettle in the room

Front desk was so very helpful in my stay. They called for taxis, helped me find a lost cell phone, gave me ideas for restaurants, etc. And she spoke good English! Breakfast was good. Location was just a few blocks to the beach as well as few blocks to the train station.

Shower was a little small.

Very helpful and frienfly staff, beautifully decorated room, extremely comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, great location.

For the standard of the hotel, I would have liked, and expected, a bathtub.
